That person who had the adorcitfy to cut the call, I spent 2 hours trying to get too someone one and you thought it's ok to disconnect, God bless u too will come across something similar and then please do regret your actions,, Untill then I personally will curse you and your family to hell, God bless

Worst customer support ever. I was delivered a new phone in February that heats up so much that it has caused a burn to my daughters skin. I've been promised a replacement since February. I've spent hours and hours on the phone with Roger's and still no new phone. It's been delivered to wrong addresses, etc. I will NEVER do business with this company again.
