Triple Tee Medical Clinic

My family doctor is great. I am a mother of two children who often gets sick and we are there almost every other month. I feel the front staff is a bit unprofessional, especially the one with the red hair. People go there not because they want to, it’s already hard and painful watching your children get sick and on top of that she treats you like you’re nothing. That’s the energy and vibe our family gets from her. The way she speaks to us is unprofessional as well.

I've been calling for about a week now, trying to see if I can get a new doctor. I have left messages, and no one ever answers my calls.Update: Hi Triple Tree, thank you for responding. I understand busy times, and respect that. I just felt it odd that I have been trying to call for over a week, several times a day, without an answer. That being said, I managed to get through, and look forward to meeting my new Dr.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time here. Horrible experience.They lost my newborn's Requisition Form for FIVE MONTHS.Then, when I finally got an appointment, they called me 1 day before to tell me they needed to reschedule me for the following day. Apparently lack of organization and time-management is the Patients' fault here.Finally, when I got to the office I waited OVER AN HOUR past my appointment time and was told to just keep waiting" by the receptionist

The worst clinic I’ve ever been to. Poor customer service and very incompetent. Hard to get a hold of and doesn’t know how to talk to people. People that answers the phone doesn’t know anything and seems to hate their job very much!!!!

First time here, but was impressed with Dr. Akeem Salawu professionalism, all staff I met were splendid. Good place to be.

Their overall management and admin process is extremely poor. They never pick up the calls and would call back after a day or two and sometimes won't even call back.They never provide a written confirmation of the booked appointment, so you can easily miss your appointment. They will however give you a call before the appointment but that can be inconvenient if you work full-time. Also, if you have any urgent queries it's impossible to reach them. I experienced this once and missed my appointment and when I asked about why I couldn't reach after calling several times in the morning to confirm my appointment time, they were rude about it said it was only one person (receptionist) working for two doctors so she was quite busy. So, staff shortage is an issue for them I guess.Overall the experience has not been good for me.

I recently had a very bad, borderline abusive, experience with this clinic’s new male doctor.My son has ADHD and needs consistent monitoring for his medication. I contacted this clinic because they have a paediatrician on staff, and they told me that if I transfer to their clinic’s family practice, I will be quickly referred to the paediatrician through an internal referral. I agreed and transferred my file.A short while later, my son needed help with his medication. I called the clinic 3 times in a week but no one picked up or called me back. My son’s problems were worsening, so I went to the clinic in person.The receptionist told me the doctor was fully booked, so I could wait for him to call me or I could wait in the waiting room until he has time to see me. I decided to wait.After 40 minutes, the doctor waved me into his room. When I entered, he said nothing, and just stared at me in silence. I went on to explain why I was there and the help I needed with my son’s medication. The doctor was extremely rude and condescending to me. He was upset that I showed up at the clinic, despite his receptionist saying I could stay and wait. He said things like, “Are you done talking?”, “I will not be harassed by you”, and “You are harassing me because I took time out of my day to listen to you.” I was in complete shock. It was very degrading and to be spoken to this way by a doctor. After this horrifying experience, I’m left without a family doctor as I’m scared to go back here.I will be writing a formal complaint about this experience to the College of Physicians.

Have had several booked appointments and they are always running at least an hour behind. Need a better timing system for bookings considering I could have gone to a walk-in clinic and waited less. What is the point of making an appointment just to arrive few minutes before hand and then sit in a waiting room for such a long period of time ? Also doors do not have wheelchair accessibility which i struggled to get inside on my own. Super frustrating !

I have a family doctor here and whenever i need to see them for some important case or issue, i need to wait for 3-4 days or they tell me to go to walk-in clinic get the issue sorted out and then meet my family doctor. I really don't understand what the value is in for a family doctor when i don't have access to some important issue and i need to wait for 3-4 days. Also i requested to call me if there is any cancellations the admin says they don't do that. Seriously , is the service for paid service ? My god...
