I went to the yves rocher next to ebgames tonight around 18:45 and wow… 3 ‘’advisors’’ were there but they were talking and laughing together behind the counter. Not a hello , not a word fron ANY of them. I stayed there for like 15 mins and no one came to ask me if i needed help or even just say HI! Or even look at me. 3 other customers came in and they were treated the same! Its like the customers didnt exist. Its ok to have fun at work with your colleagues but you still have to at least acknowledge the existence of clients and do your job… its really not that hard to make customers feel welcome. It felt so rude and like we were entering in a room of friends and you dont belong there. Dont even bother going there, go to jean coutu or sephora you might at least get a hello or a smile. Are you that desperate that you cant even hire people who do customer service? Very disapointed

I visited the Yves Rocher at the Eaton center (not the one next to EB Games) but the one next the first one and got the worst customer service Ever!!!!! The cashier called MAUDE is the rudest person I have never met in my entire life and I don’t know why she is even working at customer service!!! Went out shopping with my mum and my sister in law at first we were very welcomed and very well served until we got to the cash I’m the one that usually buy products there for my mum but expect that today my sister in law decided to pay this time for m’y Mum as a gift and the total was 200 and some.Maude asked us if we have the client’s card for the points and my sister in law asked me to give my number since I’m the one that usually spends there and out of no were I tried to give my number and she first cut me off! Then she is telling my sister in law if she is sure she wants to give me her points because it is a lot of points and it is a lot money and my sister in law said yes she is sure but she kept insisting and forcing her not to give me the point!As a cashier it is not her job to tell the client what to do and I asked her to do her job instead of doing something that is none of her business! She started raising her voice and refused to add the point until I bring the physical card!! She is extremely rude and should not be working for a brand such as Yves Rocher!Maude is rude and they just lost a client that usually spends more than 600$ yearly!

The specialists of this store are much more helpful than other stores. They're very kind and welcoming. They have almost all the products shown on the website, not to mention the special gifts if you have the membership. Also, the location is quite convenient since it's in the middle of McGill and Peel Metro.

Was my go-to cosmetics store because of variety, quality and price when they had a store closer to home. Made trip to downtown and was served by lovely new attentive salesperson who aided me in my purchase. Unfortunately didn’t buy much, as in everything these days, prices are much higher than pre- pandemic, but when I run out of something else I’ll be back.

I like the brand and its products, but unfortunately the staff sometimes are not friendly, especially when you are looking for en solde items. I had a bad experience.

Great shopping experience! The ladies who work here are so kind. I ended up buying more than intended but that’s because they did their job well! They happily helped everyone in the store and were patient and efficient in doing so—in English and French! Special shout-out to Margot who was just lovely. I will be back :)

Great staff, good products, eco friendly packaging and products, against tests done on animals, reasonable prices... I've been using their products for my skin care routine for a long time now and they work very well in my opinion! I suggest anyone who shops there to get an Yves rocher member card, its free and saves you money because every item purchased is equal to a certain amount of points, and those points get you certain purchase privileges depending on the amount of points, such as a free product of any value in the store that you can pick yourself. They also send mail for great gifts and deals. And on your birthday, you always get a little gift! It's a great company in my opinion.

Horrible Customer Service! I booked a facial a week in advance and when I went there they told me that the appointment was never booked. They didn't do anything to accommodate a mistake on their part. Please hire employees who are at least competent enough to book appointments properly. If the appointment was missed by the client, the esthetician would have been annoyed and some spas even charge for missed appointments. I expect the same amount of respect towards the client. I will not return.

I've had two facials there and they were great and professionally done; I can recommend them heartily. Products have gotten A LOT more expensive, though. This used to be an affordable store for different, interesting products. Now you can easily blow $200 on three products, which is ridiculous as this isn't an upscale company.
