Strongly suggest maybe giving their operators a “surprise” D&A test if they are working on site for you. If you do this, make sure you have another company in place to complete the job at hand.

TriStar Hydrovac has the most experienced staff for my underground projects. It takes half the time than other Hydrovac companies, because they understand the customers expectations. Also they are very competitive with other Hydrovac but I find their billing process very accurate and timely
