Alot of theft issues in this parkade and city is not willing to do anything for this. Everyday, there are incidents in this parkade.

There is a port-a-pottie next to the top level of the parkade at the corner of Bastion and Skinner Streets.Parking in the top 2 levels is safe because they are visible from passing pedestrians.I would not recommend parking in the lower levels.

This parkade is cheap and convenient. Unfortunately it is currently undergoing some improvements so parking space is somewhat limited. You can enter or exit from Skinner but you can only exit onto Terminal Ave. Very convenient for a trip to the Night Market (Commercial St.)
