The lady named jess did not behaved well. Jess we did not meant to put a review, but you made us to do that, you are definitely very poor in customer service. You must behave with the customers nicely, but you were very loud and not even letting us speak, it was just a minor matter that was resolved eventually but you did not tried to understand the concern properly but started yelling with getting very less information. So, that was our last visit to your store, we will not recommend this location to anyone. Thanks.

I went here Friday evening. The manager on shift was horrible ( she had bright orange or red hair). Because of her I will never go back she made me super uncomfortable. I told her I can only wear rose gold due to a skin reaction I get to most other metals and she was trying to make it out like I was lying and hovering over me like I was going to steal. She was very uncomfortable to deal with and talked to me as if I was stupid. I went there specifically to buy a few things and left with nothing. ill just go further to west ed from now on or stick to ordering online.

Really long wait (25 min) as only 2 people working, great store though. Selection is neverending and prices are great!

My mom was in the store on Sunday, and she was greeted by very sweet girl, Bailey N. Bailey was very friendly , and welcomed my mom in right away. It was nice to have someone who was very knowledgeable with their product and made everything a seamless process. She knew exactly what she was doing, and was not pushy at all, wish made the experience even better. We will definitely recommend her to anyone else that decides to come into the store ! Thank you Bailey N for amazing customer service , keep on going, you rock!

No longer affordable luxuryI watched an associate overlook someone who had been waiting a long time for his turn (he was in the store before I even got there) to be helped for a customer who just walked in the store. I was standing off to the side when another associate who was done helping someone at cash walked over to me. I informed her that another customer had been waiting longer than I had and that she should help him first.The quality of the jewelry is nowhere near what it used to be. Anything that is not silver is plated and not worth the price. The silver pieces are thin and cheap looking.

I asked the associate if I can see a tray of samples. Each tray has theme which WEM Padora showed us the day before. When I went there can I look at a tray of “food” theme. And she replied which one do you want. I said I won’t know until I look at the tray. So hesitant to get the tray out. Then upon showing us the samples, I asked right under the glass to take the bracelet out TWICE, which she just ignored. For the third time i had to raise my voice to show me the bracelet. This was our 3rd purchase, each purchase we spend not less than $200. They better take their customers seriously, and provide quality service. I will not spend money there again.

Was there trying to get my bracelet clean, however the associate I talked to was very hostile. I waited patiently because they seemed busy, second associate walked by me and went to help a new customer instead. Told me they’re too busy to help me because they’re busy with other customers due to Mother’s Day. What a joke.Go shop at other location, avoid this one.

The staff and store manger Stephanie, showcase outstanding customer service and very knowledgeable on the products including new launches. They have helped me out when I was looking for an anniversary gift for my wife. While the young gentleman helped me out he made sure I had every bases covered for the perfect gift.

I bought my wife a necklace from here for Christmas which ended up being to tight on her. So I came in to do a return and the representative said since it was in a “used” state I couldn’t do the return or exchange it, even though she couldn’t wear it because it was choking her. I ended up calling the Kingsway and they gladly did the return for me.
