Danika did an excellent job of arranging for a land line to be installed for my mom. She was so very patient and determined to get all the pieces in place I thank her for her effort. It is not easy getting technology to work for you. She readily asked for assistance whenever she needed it. Job well done

I went in to upgrade my device, and although it was not in stock, they put one on order for me and called when it came (only took 2 days for it to come in).When I went back to get my new device, I was greeted by name (I was shocked she remembered me), and was helped right away. Christin was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I was in and out with my new device quickly.
