Used them twice and recommended to other people in the neighborhood. Unfortunately loyalty buys nothing and when I called a 3rd time to grind a stump on a tree they cut down, the price was double other companies. Primo said he wants to charge $300 an hour, much more than others. Keep this in mind when quoting with other companies they will likely charge a more favourable rate!

Primo and his team are very hard workers. They had the manpower and all of the equipment required to get the job done well and in a timely manner. Very fair price for the work done. I highly recommend them! Thanks again Primo!

Apart from the lady receptionist when you call, the service was fast, professional, pleasant and clean. These guys are a well oiled machine. But the best part was the pricing. I got several quotes and D-Bo was half the price. I still can't believe it. Anyone mentions a tree I will refer them to D-Bo immediately.

I spoke to Primo in the first week of May and he sends me an estimate and a date of June 3rd. Upon the time they never showed up, primo never called me back I called a thousand times and left messages with the receptionist, but they never called back or even considered saying sorry we can't work due to what ever the reason might be.Wasted 1 month relying on them..Stay away..
