This place is horrible! We had an appointment at 11am for our truck to be detailed. Dropped it off at 10:30am (as instructed). By 4pm it still wasn't done so we drove down there. They were just finishing it! The seats and mats were soaking wet. AND they left the fans on high while the truck was on ACC and killed the battery then tried to blame it on us and said it was out of gas. It definitely wasn't. A boost from my Jeep got it going again. Also, the vehicle was not cleaned properly. I have pictures of streaks and dirt on the outside. Worst part is nobody will call us or email us to address this issue. For $180 you expect better. I will NEVER go back there.

Friendly staff. A great and a reasonable place to wash car in Whitby region. Can also confirm that the interior detailing job is also done well always! Recommended place to get car washed from the inside and outside!

Subaru game me a pass to was my vehicle and I came to this place. They were bot too busy and helpful. The wash was decent. They have all you need to make your vehicle look great. You might have to just bring a towel to dry the excess.

I came by for a car wash, the visa, mastercard, and even cash machine was not working. It kept spitting my bill out, couldn't get tokens to exchange for coins. Eventually the machine stop taking the cash.The one day I could come for a wash and couldn't get it done. The customer service really didn't help out at all. They didn't have coins avaliable for exchange.Unreliable to come hear for a wash won't be coming again.

This location is close to my friends. I got the car wash and vacuumed (free) out my car. All the dirt, grime and tree debris was gone gone gone! Car looks beautiful! Wish there was a location closer to my home. I’ll definitely go there again.

I had membership for more than a year. Recently I canceled my membership. The reason I see is two.One - their wash has gone down, the car doesn’t clean at all. Maybe they have reduced chemicals which is obviously more expensive than the wash memberships. But if they continue like this, they will loose a lot of members like this.Two- the behaviour of their staff. First of all they don’t speak English, properly, and even though a member has cancelled their membership, and he doesn’t know when their membership renewal is, they should honour the member to clean the car, my membership was canceled a day before which is not even the full calendar month, I was there to have my last wash thinking that the membership will expire in the end of the month, they just refused and showed a sign which obviously tells me that they can’t communicate in English. Maybe they think a wash will cost them a million dollar. Not going there anymore.

I've been a member for over a year. Have always found the staff friendly. Something recently has changed as the vacuums are broken often and the wash isn't as good. I leave often still dirt covered on my back end and mirrors. The other day, I hit a pothole just outside of the wash bay and splashed black grime all over one side of my car. I circled around to ask for another wash and they refused. 1 wash a day. Although after some persistence they allowed me to pull into the bay where they half cleaned the remaining dirt. The gentleman did dry off the rest of my car so that was a positive. I wish they would go back to how good they were. Prices went up and service went down. Sadly this seems to be a trend in the comments and I'm expecting as helpful a comment from management as the others have recieved.

Came in and got the gold package. This includes a touchless wash and interior detailing. Interior was cleaned well and quick total service was less than 1 hour. Great job and good service done by the weekend crew I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit.

Best car wash I've ever been to! I have zero complaints, keep up the good work.
