***update 6-7-2019**** I noticed a response to every bad review stating these are fake.No i am not fake, this was a real review of my expierence with patrick and the tahoe he had for sale. I did drive over an hour to view it and was not told it was a dealership until i was on my way. The truck shown in the ad was infront of a very nice looking home. It was taken at just the right angle and looked pristine. Had i known it was poorly painted and the door was falling off litterally falling off i wouldnt have driven my family on a saturday all the way to Marine City just to turn around and go home. I understand used vehicles are just that used and they have issues but this was not described in the add nor over the phone. My complaint was that this add was doctored and the sales person patrick was making false claims on Facebook to sell junk. I wanted to make others aware of this business so they would know this place is a scam lot. They donot sell quality used cars. And obviously they lie. I am a real person and this is my actual expierence. I wish instead of trying to tell people all these reviews were fake thwy would just own up to the fact that Patrick and whoever owns this place arnt being truthful and are trying ro scam innocent people on facebook and craigslist.*****They desere zero stars! Saw ad listed on Face Book Market place. Said it was extremely clean i believe the exact words used were cleanest one around". I drove over an hour to buy it and when i got there and saw it in person was i ever surprised. The pictures showed a clean paint job but in person it had been poorly painted over

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wemt to look at a 2004 Chevy Silverado. Said no rust but failed to mention it was mostly bondo. Said not a thing was mechanically wrong yet, the ABS was not working and brakes went right to the floor, tailgate was busted off on 1 side, tires were awful, drive side mirror was cracked, interior lining was falling down, and transmission shifted awful. Never buy anything from these people.

We purchased a truck last week it was a good deal. Another car lot had a similar truck for 10,900 and we bought ours here for 8500. Overall we are pleased. Thanks, Mike

Purchased a vehicle from them that sprung a leak and started smoking after a simple smog test and only one day of driving not but 30 miles. The eBay listing was reported to have “34,000 actual miles. Upon receipt of the vehicle the mechanic found that the odometer cable had been disconnected as well as multiple other leaks throughout the vehicle that weren’t mentioned. Also the windshield wipers don’t work. The seller agreed to cover costs to mediate the situation but hasn’t replied since I told them the amount of the costs to fix.I don’t understand how you list a vehicle and vouch for it to be in full working condition without even conducting a proper walk through to verify that it is indeed “ready to drive”. Whether the act was malicious practice or incompetence, nonetheless it’s wrong and unjustifiable especially when dealing with classic cars.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU PHYSICALLY SEE THEIR CARS

I found a listing on EBay. I called and texted with them. We came to an agreed upon price for a land cruiser. Being that I am out of state, I then tried to set up an appointment with an Authorized Toyota Service center to check it before purchasing. I asked if they would be able to bring the vehicle to the service center and he agreed. I scheduled an appointment. Then he texted he couldn't do it that day. I rescheduled and made arrangements so they could drop it that night or the next morning, whatever worked for them. They brought the car that evening and then left because they didn't want to leave the vehicle???? (despite me explaining the scenario) So I rescheduled several times and each time he canceled saying he couldn't. When I called him out on it he texted back with a bunch of BS excuses saying: (1) that it was too late for him to pull it off EBay (even though we had agreed upon a price), (2) I never gave a deposit (he never once mentioned a deposit even when we agreed on a price) (3) Someone drove to the service center and wasted 2 hours (google said it was under 30 min one way and he refused to have it looked at)Even the Toyota service guy I had formed a relationship with said the driver (not Pat) acted weird when they did show up and mentioned that he noticed more rust and repaired spots then what I described from my talks and pics from Showplace. I am glad I read the reviews and saw that there were several people who posted about being scammed and I insisted on having it inspected. Shady dealings, I would be VERY thorough if you are planning on working with this place. Take nothing for granted and check everything. If they want to try to discredit this review then I would be happy to post screen shots of our conversation! I get the impression they are just trying to make a buck at any cost. I guess I am glad it didn't work out as I believe it would have only been more headaches in the long run. Good Luck

Bought. A 2002 Chrysler town and country it was nice for the first 2 weeks .then things went down hill very fast. 6 fuel injectors, all 4 calipers ,side door motors, rear door supports muffler, flex pipe ,converter ,also needs a transmission, power steering pump. Over 5 grand worth of work. Plus the 3 grand I already put in it. Not including the purchase price. What a bunch of shyster's dont buy a car from here. Big rip off...look else where now it seems they dont remember the maroon Chrysler mini van. Really ...funny the owner calls this a fake review. When I can upload a pic of the title transfer . And all paid invoices from oil change to transmission . And dirt in the gas tank.

We bought a Chevy Equinox from Auto Showplace. We got a great deal and great service. After we got it home, we accidentally locked the key inside and hadn't made a spare yet. The guys came out to our house and helped us get back into the vehicle. Now that's great service after the sale! Will definitely buy from them again.

Drove over a Hour to look look at a car that was advertised as no rust, someone needs to get some new glasses my 16 year old son seeen the rust before we even got out of the car. Also told me check engine light was on for 02 sensor which was not the code I pulled off my scanner. Thanks for wasting my time.
