Worst location kept the already made happy meal behind the counter. Happy meal took a while to prepare didn’t think anything of it I know nuggets take a while. After seeing the happy meal box thinking ok waiting on the nuggets then my infants twins start to cry and so I ask if it ready yet it’s taking a while. Turns out it’s been ready the entire time then I have to ask for drink. He passes the juice box all the while looking loss like he’s never seen a babies cry before. I don’t know if using the pay stand things made for a more terrible service but I would avoid those in this location.

Boarder service going on over here. They harasss all the students unfairly. I was with my kids and the employees are setting a horrible example.A few kids got yelled at for bringing in. Outside foods on premises and got kicked out. But employees are eating outside foods.

we had a bad experience here. We were having our food and suddenly in between a girl (looks like from cleaning department) came and ask us to leave the place because she had to start cleaning. We were surprised to see such behaviour from MacD staff member ever. Please review your team here and do the appropriate action. Thanks.

Tasnim the manager saw my pregnant wife standing waiting for her food so she ever so kindly offered to sit her down and bring her her food and said to us to let her know if we need anything else and she got her napkins and ketchup and mayo and was just an overall queen. Thank you Tasnim for your kindness you made our day and we hope your light is an influence on all those around you.

Not sure why this place has got bad reviews but we had a very pleasant experience. The fries were nice hot, drink was cold with ice , chicken nuggets were crisp. The place was super clean !!

I have visited this McDonald's many times over the years. It's usually super busy on weekends. Glad to see they now have the self serve kiosks to speed things up. This location does not offer the soft drink machine, or napkin dispenser. They also do not have hand sanitizer. There is a person that seems to be cleaning full time.

I asked for Medium Vanilla Iced Coffee with extra cream and i think the girl forgot extra cream, because i like it a little sweet but it tasted so bad

This McDonald's has the best customer service that I have experienced so far. The guest experience officer Tasneem is constantly seeing to the cleanliness and the needs of the guests and when necessary, even personally attends to their requirements. The place is extremely clean bearing in mind how much traffic it gets.

Food was excellent same as service but one staff asked us to leave the store because outside food is not allowed? I don't know why they picked on us while others have brought other foods with them. Looks like she is being racist. Dissapointed and not acceptable manner. I think her name is Chevelle or something if not mistaken.
