Been here 3 times over the last 3 months. Today when I ordered, and there was no one there before me. I was told my order would take ‘like 3/4 minutes”. It was actually 15 minutes, no only that, the order was wrong, the fries were stale, the people who came in after me got served before me, and staff either don’t care, or don’t know how to communicate as they messed up other orders too. Won’t be going back again.

Food is Excellent, Best Burgers, Wings, Fries.Service is Excellent. Atmosphere is bit dull, Cleaning is not there sometimes, can be better.

Probably the least consistent Popeye's I've frequented. The Regular side portions are tiny. They don't always have chicken ready, and they typically take 15-20 minutes if you order something they don't have ready - in this case I waited for mild chicken. The ready to go spicy chicken was warm at best - definitely sitting for a while.

Worst delta minis I've ever seen, and terrible service.I went in to order two spicy delta minis and the girl working there told me it'll be 4 mins. Perfect...20 mins later, I'm still waiting and she incorrectly confirms my order with me. 2 mild deltas right"."Nope

Counter looks like a total mess, place is 100 degrees when you walk in. Had to wait for my mobile order I ordered before I arrived. Got home and the order was completely wrong. Spicy deluxe chicken is supposed to come with lettuce, tomato and pickle in a toasted bun - I received chicken in a soft bun with sauce and zero toppings. The other chicken sandwich was the same - bread, chicken and sauce. Photo says it all. Total garbage, will not visit again.

Popeyes is somewhat synonymous with being dry, but this location downtown is absolutely fantastic, hot juicy chicken, I've been there twice, nailed it big-time!!!! Super cool staff, made some substitutes, no problem, will be back

August 2021. Fried chicken. Who doesn't like that? Popeye's is the same wherever you go. This particular location is close to the east side of the harbourfront. Close to the highway. Good for grabbing a quick bite before going on the highway as there's a nice small street beside the restaurant. Though this location doesn't feel that clean.

Been to this location several times and keep getting disappointed because it seems like there is never any chicken ready. It’s always a 20 minute wait for chicken even though they are not closing any time soon. Definitely not fast for a fast food place.
