Two days ago I had an appt. that I waited over a week for, hoping for some pain relief.The reviews were favourable, so I hoped for a positive outcome.Never in my life have I been discriminated against in such an absurd manner, and never have I been told to leave.Arriving early to fill out the new patient forms, I dared to question the receptionist if my booster update status was really necessary. I was told the therapist would decide to treat me or not.They started whispering behind the plexiglass, then proceeded to come and tell me that they will not treat me. I could be treated virtually, and they gave me a list of other Ohip covered offices.I spoke with them once on the phone, a second time to book the appt., and the third time they called to confirm the appt. Not once did they say anything about necessary booster updates.Needless to say I am shocked and dismayed and quite frankly, thoroughly displeased.

Whoever works at the front desk of this clinic needs to be reevaluated, she was very rude when she answered the phone.

Very efficient. I never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. I was treated by two different physiotherapists for 2 different problems. Both were courteous, knowledgeable, offered different different treatments that resulted in improvements, followed up thoroughly. Highly recommend. Thank you

Though the doctor seem to be knowledgeable. Having them cancel my daughters appointment after we show up for it. Because they wonted to go home early, and already started cleaning. Has greatly soured my opinion of them. Why would we continue to go their when they would charge us for cancelling an apt last minute. But have no issue cancelling on us without notice or compensation!

The staff have been very courteous and professional. I've been there a few times for a lower body injury but their techniques have really helped a great deal. They've also been especially careful and have strict COVID-19 measures in place so I felt pretty safe overall.

If you’re going in with OHIP coverage I think you want to think twice about this clinic. I think they want you in and out as fast as possible. Basically six very short appointments where there’s no hands on care. Just here’s your exercises, do them and come back next week. You’re in and out in less than half an hour. And God forbid you get sick and have to reschedule. You’ll get an earful about how you should be discharged.I wrote another review earlier but took it out because I was too angry when I wrote it.

I had a very bad experience here and was treated like I shouldn’t have been there. I was questioned about my level of pain and injury even though I had had an ultrasound and X-ray and was referred by a doctor. The physiotherapist was actually quite rude and condescending and this was the worst experience I have ever had when doing physiotherapy after an injury. Maybe it was just the person I dealt with but there is no excuse for treating people the way I was I was treated.

I have been using Durham Physiotherapy over the past several weeks and although I have not been to many clinics, I can safely say this is one that I would not hesitate in recommending to friends and family and if you are looking for a place that puts you completely at ease! The staff are very warm and friendly and make you feel welcome! They all do their jobs very well...from the Registered PT (Ganesh) to Brooke and Ruth (PTAs) and Jennifer (Admin) - small business is alive and well in North Oshawa!!

Absolutely appalled by the disgusting “manager” of this place. She fought with 2 clients in front of me followed by insulting me! She assumed I had no money and said OHIP only covers 4 visits when I wasn’t even using OHIP I was paying for my daughters appointment. Half of them don’t speak English and the other half are just plain rude. Even the one appointment my daugter had was rushed you are in and out with no direction. Glad this happened so we can actually get good physiotherapy.

I have been here over ten year,their service is the best,every time when I come they really details to ask and explain what is the problem of you pain and tell you do some exercises at home to relieve the pain,thank you guys service.
