Thanks so much to Chris and Majestic Pools, we now have our very own private oasis to enjoy with our children, family and friends. The decision was huge and we are sure glad we did our research. The team at Majestic Pools are truly amazing, hard working, dedicated individuals that have so much passion and love for what they do. They went above and beyond each day to ensure we were happy, and very engaging throughout the process. Our little guys inside excited for what was to come for the day. These folks have true passion for the work and devotion to reproduce our vision into something tangible was remarkable!! Chris began meeting us and giving us the straight goods on expectations, and helped us by getting involved in each step of the way. This all computed in this masterpiece of a visual concept that is now a real life comparison to the renderings he had made for us. His VISION on its own is so knowledgeable and artistic.. he took our vision and made it next level!! And as promised, Rob had it ready for the Masters Weekend. We seriously are in for the best summer and it's all thanks to Majestic Pools. Thanks to the amazing Majestic" team for all your hard work. We changed our minds multiple times on the kind of pool we wanted, and Chris was with us every step of the way. His entire team, starting with the pool designer and ending with the construction and landscaping crews, were super efficient, available and friendly. Chris delivered on time and on budget. Very happy with the equipment, remote control app, pool design, liner, fountain feature and landscaping.As first time pool owners, we needed a lot of advice, and again Chris and team were there for us. Chris even answered a text late on a weekend night when we had an issue because we did not know we were supposed to top up the pool!We had our first closing for the winter using Majestic Pools - and Julius/team delivered great friendly and efficient service. Majestic Pools and contracting has been my go to for 15 years. My first project was a backyard oasis which to this day everyone comments on. Chris and team turned my yard into a resort and was there years after supporting and ensuring it was exactly what I wanted. I’ve used this company for numerous other projects over the years with the last one being an entire main floor Reno including stripping to studs, moving walls and rebuilding from scratch. My 20 year old home looks like a modern high end custom beautiful home.One thing about this team is they are a family. Our experience with Majestic pools was incredible, especially during these COVID times. They were organized, efficient, upfront and they are a great group of guys to be around.From the beginning Chris sits down with you and listens to your needs for your backyard. He designed for us a backyard oasis that we would never have imagined. From there, communication was excellent and we knew what to expect from one day to the next. The end product was more than what we could of imagined. I've used these guys for three of my pools with a relationship stemming over 15 years and would use them for many more projects to come!
