After searching high and low for the perfect pair of winter boots, I came across Zagros via Instagram Shopping search since I was looking for retailers that carried the brand Martino Footwear". They were friendly and quick to answer my sizing-related questions. My order arrived in less than a week and I'm so happy with my purchase! The boots fit perfectly! This store has one of the best customer service that I’ve ever experienced in Ottawa. The shoes are extremely comfortable and the staff is amazing, so helpful and dedicated to helping others. Highly recommended.

Overall, genuinly a solid shoe store with professional customer service. I went around for weeks looking for a comfortable fit for my high foot arch and no store had the selection Zagros shoes had. They have specialty shoes that will fit your needs. Prices are very reasonable and their weekly offers are unbeatable. I would recommend ++++

The owner, Mad, knows his shoes, carries every colour under the rainbow, and gives old-fashioned expert service. A wonderful addition to Ottawa shoe choices.

I just had the most splendid experience at the Bayshore location, drawn in by the sign promising comfort, big sizes, and widths! I was assisted by co-owner Maz to find a terrific pair of Portofino shoes (designer in QB and manufactured in Spain for the Canadian market) and Volks Walkers sandals which could accommodate orthotics (!) in size 11W (European 42). Maz assisted me with good recommendations and in trying on about 10 pairs of shoes until I found shoes that matched the look and comfort I needed. I’m delighted that just before me, another customer left with similarly sized shoes. Maz really knows his stock, is very patient, and understands the frustration in trying to find good quality, fashionable footwear with hard to fit issues. I will definitely be back! Thanks for the terrific experience!

Our shoe selection experience could not be better anywhere with Mazlum's ( i believe he is the store manager) service. We visited the shop randomly and my Australia origin wife was shocked with the quality of shoes and the service. Canadian made shoes are perfect fit and very comfortable. I would recommend anyone need shoes to visit first this store.

Beautiful store at the St. Laurent Centre and amazing customer service. If you are looking for good quality shoes and/or European shoes, this is a great store to shop at. I highly recommend it!
