I have known Susan for over 23 years. She has always been a dependable, knowledgeable and capable groomer who cares about the animals in her care. She takes great pride in her workmanship and always does her very best to give her clients exactly what they were hoping for.Susan is very intuitive and the addition of animal reiki to her list of credentials will enhance the services for the animals that are brought to her.I would not hesitate to recommend Susan and her services to anyone who is fortunate enough to be in her grooming area.

My dog was scheduled for a full bath + groom. He was only there for an hour before I was called to pick him up, which I found odd. His usual groomer usually spends a good 2hrs on him since he has so much hair. When I brought him back home, I realized how much of a hack job his cut was. Nothing at all like the photos I showed the groomer. His fur now is so dry and brittle (not sure if she used any sort of conditioner?) and she shaved his face, which I specifically said not to. The hair on his body and legs are so uneven. I see why it only took an hour. My dog also seems very stressed, which is rare for him after a groom. I definitely won't be returning.

We just moved from Toronto to Cornwall and took our cat for a trim, the place is really nice and clean, very professional and helpful. Will be coming here all the time. Tried out her places in Cornwall and it’s like night and day . Will see you shortly for another cut :)

I have to say Susan is amazing, she never fails me and now she does my moms furr baby I recommend Susan to anyone shes absolutely AMAZING

I used to take my small dog to Susan to be groomed starting when she was 12 weeks old every 6-8 weeks until she was 14 months old. At first things were good. But Susan was not cutting my dog the way I requested (nothing fancy, just leave it a bit long) and instead would shave her down to 1/4 inch. She would give me excuses that my dog's hair was matted or she was wiggly and she could not get the trimmers through. My dog was also very nervous going in which I put down to normal groomer nerves. Until I went in early to pick her up and she was crying with Susan commenting she was whiney (or something similar) to me afterwards. I decided not to bring my dog back to Susan and switched to someone else. My dog isn't scared of the current groomer actually wags her tail when they hold her. We've been iswith current groomer for over 2 years and have no complaints. My advice always is listen to your animal, if they're not comfortable with the groomer it's a bad experience for everyone.

She grooms my cat. Prices are reasonable and the place is clean and tidy. Great place to take your pets. 5 stars.

Do not bring your dogs for grooming!!!!

She was very gentle with our rabbit and the service was fast and well done. Would definitely recommend.

Susan is an excellent groomer with years of knowledge! Love the introduction of reiki into her salon! She is always informative and so knowledgeable.
