I strongly recommend using this facility for all your storage, rental and moving needs. Erica, Nathan, April and all the staff are a testament to traditional service standards in a world where it's becoming increasingly difficult to receive personalized customer service.I will never go anywhere else for the services they provide here.

I rented a motorcycle trailer it was the best trailer. That I ever pulled, and it was very easy and cheap. With super friendly Employees. Thank you rebecca

U-Haul is great!! Simply put if you're moving , this is the place that will make it simple and helpful in any way they can.

Truck was late - desk person confirmed hwy 12/ hwy 11 Orilliadrop off location... turned out to be 20min north, not even close to Orillia. what a waste of time / gas and $$ going out of the way to drop off vehicle. Goggle map location - don't go by their maps... Not the first time to have this happen. U haul locations fudge info to make it look good and convenient.

Terrible experience at this location EVERY SINGLE TIME. The store manager April is helpless. So unorganized and any issues take hours to resolve. Go to the other Uhauls in Windsor, or don’t use UHaul at all

I had mixed feelings about this place. Its sometimes great with 0 problems and some days everything wrong will happen with the rentals.Management is great, compared to the dougall this place is much better. But it dosent have a-lot if selection like dougall

I would like to give a big shout out to theU-Haul Moving & Storage of South Walkerville1508 Walker Rd, Windsor, ON N8W 3P4Last year i had a trailer hitch put on. Couple of weeks ago the wiring started to fall. I went in and needed to talk to management but they were on vacation for a couple more days. But I emailed them, they got back and after some back and forth we set up a time to have the wiring redone. After we got that done they found out that the module in the back was gone also they ordered a new one contacted me and I am here today getting it replaced. This is all no charge and ibalso got a credit from them to use at uhaul. They have gone above and beyond and i am extremely pleased with the service i have got here.Thank you uhaul staff and management.

What an easy move U-Haul made for me! The storage box containers were delivered on time and placed in my driveway perfectly. The communication from U-Haul is beyond excellent as well! Dana was the operator of the delivery of our boxes and I have to say she was AMAZING! Thank you!
