Nice selection, tasty food, cute robots. Majority of dishes and sushi I tried tasted good, a couple of dishes could've been better (pad Thai was bland). Overall, a pleasant (but pricey) experience!

My wife and I have gone here for years and have never been disappointed. The wait staff are all very kind and professional and the food is very good. It takes years to try everything on the menu. My wife has a severe allergy and she has never had an issue here.

Ordered for the first time through uber eats and the food was stale. It's as if the sushi was made in the morning and was never placed places in a fridge. I couldn't eat it and ended up throwing the whole sushi in the trash. $80 down the drain

We had not cutlery on the tables and had to ask for some, we never got any napkins. They have this cool robot that delivers food, unfortunately it never came to our table it would be nice if it did just once per table for the experience. Good food, price is kind of high but the quality of food was phenomenal. We will be back.

The food is good and arrived quickly and was all very well prepared. While the quality over all is great it still sits a bit on the pricey scale. One of the better places for AYCE sushi in London I'd say.

Wish I could rate this place higher. It had great service. The menu didn’t have as many options as I am used to. Very limited specialty rolls. And I could not believe the price for dinner was $44.99 per person all you can eat! By far the most all you can eat I have ever seen.

Went for a work dinner, didn't have any reservations, but were able to get seats right away. The staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful. The food was great and arrived at the table in a timely manner. Definitely would go back. 168 sushi doesn't matter on location. They all seem to have the same level of service. This location in London has seating for big groups or if you're on a date perfect for that as well. You can get a booth which is nice.

First time. Pretty neat idea for a buffet. You get a tablet with the menu. You place all your orders this way. When you order. They have a robot bring you the items you ordered.The price seems expensive. But I feel like it's worth it for the experience.Everything seemed clean. No noticeable dirty or smells.

I have been going to this location since it opened and in the beginning it was great! I just went there yesterday for the first time a while and when I walked in I was hit with a displeasing smell of almost urine and dirty water smell, the floors were very sticky. I usually don’t feel sick when I’ve eaten here but both me and partner had really bad stomach aches after eating here. I’ve been going to the other location on Oxford which is 100 times better service and it’s a lot cleaner, the food quality is also a lot better and they offer more! Not to mention the dearness location doesn’t offer the 10% discount for cash anymore, had I known that I would have driven the extra 15 minutes to the other location for better food and services.
