We recently had Kendall of Marken Designs create a custom house plan for our new build. We are beyond happy with the results. Perfectly rendered with very few, minor changes that had to be made to her original design saving us SO much time! She listened to us, took her time during our consult, had amazing suggestions keeping in mind our personal taste and budget. She understood exactly what we pictured in our minds and somehow transformed that onto paper perfectly! Her knowledge of what is required while applying for permits I also found extremely helpful.
