D&W Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning

The company was on time. They were all professional. Don and DJ took the time made my house look fantastic as far as the carpets and the upholstery goes. They did my dryer vent for a small up charge. Very well reasonable prices. Absolutely 100% recommend them to everyone. While talking to Don he mentioned that he does commercial hoods for restaurants, chimney cleaning and power washing.

These guys Don, Dj and Isaah actually came and did our home in 2021. They did a fantastic job and were very polite and in detail explained the process.i highly recommend their services!

Hi, my name is Dennis. I had the DnW carpet in Airduct Clinton, come in and clean my carpets in my furniture in my air ducks and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to my friends and family, or anybody out there they are played in, step me through the services of what they do and they were on time.

I've known Don from D&W Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning for 24 years and he strives to make his residential and commercial customers happy with the service his company provides. I've had them do my carpets and air ducts on several occasions at my adult foster care home and each time they came out, the staff did an excellent job and were very professional. The price paid was excellent compared to some of the competition. I would recommend Don and his son, DJ anytime.

Pros: timely appointments, good price, ducts were cleaned well.Cons: Not prepared (had to borrow our ladder and step stool- which they didn't put away when done), left the front door open when they left (and didn't tell me they were leaving), left the side gate open (we have a dog that got out because of this), didn't reseal the duct well after they were done ( I had to duct tape the hole they made).

I had an appointment with a time that works for me since I’m very busy. D&W workers finally arrive hours late. One nerdy guy (which was really nice) and the other guy taller and heavy set. Heavy set guy was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! He even pretended to be the owner of the company and argued with me (the customer) regarding my services that I had requested. All I wanted was my air ducts cleaned (which they didn’t do a good job) and they broke one of my a/c ducts and didn’t say anything about it. The heavy set guy was extremely rude and had a sour face the whole entire time. He told me it was going to take a few hours because my air ducts were really dirty. They finished to my surprise very quickly and the nerdy guy found me and told me that it wasn’t bad at all. Five minutes later the heavy set guy found me and told me it took longer then he expected because it was really dirty and that the price has gone up because of it. He then argued with me saying I need to pay more money when I was already quoted a price. Although it wasn’t right to raise the price after the work was done, I will NEVER do business with this company again mainly because how RUDE the guy was to me. It’s not nice to take advantage of a single mother with 3 kids, which they knew I was single because one of the guys asked me. Terrible customer service.

Do not use this company if you actually want the work done. They will schedule the work, then not show up. When I called, they didn’t answer for hours. When they finally did answer, he had to reschedule for another day. Then they had to contact us that day to push us back again, only to contact us AGAIN to tell us they were going to be late! They finally showed up, cleaned the ducts, didn’t replace all of the vents, and broke the handle on my refrigerator door. The guys had forgotten they had also been scheduled to clean two rooms of carpet! So now they needed to schedule ANOTHER day! Supposed to show up today at 9am. He doesn’t show up or answer his phone again! I finally get ahold of someone at 11:30! He shows up 45 minutes later, apologizes, does the carpets, and hurries out the door. We have to move the furniture, which is something we had requested them to do. We wanted to give our business to a small business rather than a large company but will NEVER go with this one again!

Showed up on time with a great attitude, got straight to work, stayed professional the duration of the visit, enjoyed the small talk. Talked us through the process if asked and was never to busy to answer a question.Got one big bonus when I found out they did chimneys (not sure why I thought that wouldn't count as duct work but hey you never know) I was so thrilled to find out my chimney will be accessible for us to enjoy.Would highly recommend D&W
