It's a cute friendly little outdoor community pool in a playground with reasonable entry fees. I dont know why its not busier! Great on a super hot day. Birds chirping while you swim. Today the pool and ladies change room appeared very clean, but one week last time when I went, the ladies change room floor was dirty with the same litter on the floor one day to the next, and the pool water was murky and there was s big cricket in the ladies shower. This time i went, it seemds 100% cleaner!

Thecquality has been degraded significantly. Changing rooms are not clean. Lots of stuff over and under water. Smells. Very very low shampoo quality. Not a lovely and cozy place like before. Hope to see changes soon

It would be really helpful if there was a water fountain outside the (big pool) because they need water without the pool being close when they still need it.

Beautiful 25 m pool had a wonderful lane swim here. Lovely staff with a good attitude. One shower available, relatively warm. Large change rooms open to people to change and use the toilets. Very happy with the service here. 15 minutes break between different swims (e.g. public swim, lane swim, which helps with turnover)

Genest Outdoor Pool
Really good play structures with well-supervised kids can be found here enjoying the amenities throughout the summer season. Regular visitors to this park speak both English and French. I had a really good time here as people were very friendly.

This is my most favourite city of ottawa poolBecause Saturday swims are free this summer it was super busy but my son and I loved our first dip of the season!

Very nice place and I like the pool and the playground , the only thing I don't like is cold water. I know on hot days the water is still cold.I played in the toddler side, very cold at first and wouldn't recommend under 1 .Older kids switch back n forth to from big kid side to baby side to warm up at times

We love to go swimming here! I just wish they put the diving board back in. But I think they're renovating it next year woohoo! Staff are always pleasant as well :)
