I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kim for a nail service that included a hand bio gel and a Shellac pedicure, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Kim truly knows her craft and exceeded my expectations in every aspect.From the moment I entered the salon, I was impressed by the cleanliness and impeccable sanitation practices.When it comes to nail design and execution, Kim demonstrated exceptional skills. She attentively listened to my preferences and brought my desired nail design to life flawlessly. Her attention to detail was remarkable, resulting in beautiful hands and pedicured nails that were even better than I had envisioned.Beyond her exceptional technical skills, Kim provided excellent customer service. I’ve been coming to this spa every month for over 10 years. Everyone here is very professional, friendly and welcoming. They are on time & prompt. Always clean and well maintained. I'm a regular at this salon and have been coming here for several years. The owner is amazing and very welcoming to anyone who walks in. I have found the service and cleanliness of the salon excellent.Highly recommend !

Not very friendly. The lady who did my nails had an attitude. She didnt ask me what shape I wanted and just proceeded to file my nails. I am not picky so I didn't say anything. When cleaning my cuticle, I kindly asked her not to cut too much as I usually have them peel back painfully an day or two after if they are cut too deeply. I flinched when she cut close to one side of my finger and Iet her know this... she didn't apologize. When she was finished, I said thank you with no response. Only when I paid and she saw a tip added, I said thank you again and then she replied you're welcome. I don't know what she's going through but as a customer who was kind and friendly, I did not deserve that type of treatment.

I usually don't write google reviews but today me and my sisters got our nails done from Nancy. I couldn't be happier with the results. She is professional, friendly, and truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend Nancy to anyone looking for an exceptional nail technician.

Had a new young man do my pedicure, he was very nice but extremely inexperienced. Was done in 30 minutes, put my sandal on my foot and ruined 3 nails, had to remove polish and do them again. Hurt me cutting my cuticles. I won't return

Fabulous to have our nails done again. It’s been way to long, I feel like myself again Kim and Nancy make us always feel like friends. They both are fantastic at what they do!Thank You Both

As the most recent review states, the customer service is very poor. I took my MIL for a pedicure here and she was treated very poorly by the lady who did her pedicure. She was rough and was not paying attention at all to the work she was doing. On top off that, I got a manicure (sunday) with shellac which is already peeling and today is Monday. Service and product quality is very poor. I would not recommend this salon to anyone!

My absolute go to nail salon. All of the staff are wonderful and great at their work, but Kim will always be my go to girl. I never have to tell her what to do, or if she needs to fix something. Snapping and designs are ALWAYS on point ❤️

The salon itself is very clean and tidy but staff are very unprofessional. I got a pedicure done and I cannot recall her name put too many layers and took her about 2 hours and a bit to do a pedicure. Looks very bumpy and way too many layers
