Excellent staff, very well organized while we loaded a step deck load full of 988 loader parts. It was upwards of 40 degrees with the humidity that day and once I was loaded and tied down the shipper came out with Gatorade and freezes for me. Great place, awesome people.

Took my truck for service Steve. And his. Team took real care and time to find the problem and got it fixed right. Great customer service

Not only are the prices border line criminal, but the service is even worse. It is pathetic how much this company doesn't care about customer satisfaction or making it easy to do business. If you want to get a part, prepare to drive off road through their back lot and then do laps around the building as paper signs direct you from one door to the next. Hopefully you have a cell phone with you because eventually you will have to call one of the various phone numbers plastered on the door...nope? Walk back to the car for the phone and when you call you get told to go back to the door where you started and someone will eventually come out with your parts... That's if you're lucky. If you're having a bad day, it's more likely they just don't answer the phone and after waiting 15-20 minutes calling and knocking everyone will suddenly walk out together and go home, telling you they are now closed. Let's hope it's not raining since you will be outside the whole time without any covered places to walk or wait either. It's as though the management thought they were building an escape room instead of a parts and service center!! It is literally easier to get out of a prison than pick up parts from this place!!!

Busy parts counter, but staff were still quick and efficient. Nice retail space with CAT gear.

I am from Ohio so breaking down in Canada can be stressful but the good people at Stoney Creek cat helped take the stress out of it . The parts department was very helpful and had the parts I needed on hand . Bruce in the service department went above and be on anything I could ask for . They have very outstanding people and should be proud of them all

ToromontCat is an industry leader in heavy equipment. Propelled by a dedicated and driven workforce this approved Caterpillar Dealer is second to none. The people make this company the success it has become. I can say from personal experience that senior management is completely detached from its work force and continues to try and do as much with as little possible. They will not pay their customer service employees a competitive wage and care only about the stock holders and bottom line. The workforce is demoralized by senior management yet they continue to perform due to a belief in the product and each other. This business continues to capitalize on a motivated work force with the thought of unemployment and finding a new career path constantly in the back of their minds.

Took my truck in about a few weeks ago because an exhaust manifold stud broke, it turned into a bigger job due to the age of my truck so it was time, but I must say I cannot be happier. My truck came back feeling like a brand new truck. Earl, Kerroll and their team were awesome. I had some concerns and Earl addressed them right away without hesitation which put me at ease. Kerroll was fantastic and helped me in every way he could. I was so happy I brought my truck here and would definitely recommend them.

I have been all over Ontario. This place is the best. I drive from Barrie to here because the service and staff are top notch.
