Prestige Carpet And Duct Cleaning

Prestige Duct Cleaning team did very well for the second time in our house in lase 12 years. The operators worked very sincerely including our kitchen and dryer exhaust cleaning and also cleaned up all the places after the work. We appreciate their work, though we think there was no reason to charge $69.00 for the each of kitchen and dryer exhaust pipes. These prices were too high as these things were same as they did for the regular vents.Anyway, we appreciate their service; and hope to call them again after 10 years. We do believe their service is better than the other companies.

Brian and Todd were the two gentlemen who showed up at my house. This is my first time getting my air ducts cleaned as I just purchased my first home. After about a year in a full house renovation, they knew they were in for a serious clean. They took the time to explain to me how their machines work and where my return airs are. I have in ground return air which I had no idea!! This was a seriously good WHITE GLOVE service! Given every company is trying to cut a few corners after covid to make ends meet, it did not feel like Prestige was taking any corner cuts. They even took well care of not damaging the newly renovated stairs, railings, walls, etc. 10/5 stars! Will definitely be coming back and referring all my friends and family.

We have used other duct cleaners over the years and can confidently say that none of them compare to Prestige. The experience was second to none from the booking of the appointment to the communication of when they would arrive and the estimate and quote they provided to the follow up call to ensure we were happy with their service. Dylan and Cameron arrived on time and did the service work as seasoned professionals. Definitely a very knowledgeable team and Company that knows what they are doing. Will definitely be using them again for the next duct cleaning.

We used Prestige twice, once at our new house for carpet cleaning and once at the rental we were moving out of for carpet cleaning and two reclining chairs. Both gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable and on time. They did a great job, money well spent.

We had them for a duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning service today and they were really professional. They explained what was going to happen from start to finish. Protected my floors, carpet and all corners that may get hit which doesn’t happen very often. Dylan and Todd were quick and efficient and they both spent their time answering my questions, even going ahead and telling me exactly what I would need to buy at retail websites. That sort of professionalism is rare. I’m so very glad I chose Prestige cleaning.

I used their services for duct cleaning on 12 May 2023. I had mixed experience.Good Part: They were nice and courteous and did a good job as well.Bad Part: While doing the work they pulled the tube attached to the Pressure Switch Safety valve of the water heater.Due to which I did not have the hot water over the weekend till I called the technician he came on Monday and resolved it.I called the Prestige and let them know they admitted and apologized, which I recognize. Therefore, I am giving them 3 star otherwise it would have been 2 star. However, they should also recognize that they caused inconvenience to me me. Hope they take it in the right spirit.

Today, Prestige Duct Cleaning cleaned our ducts (Dane G and Brian B). I'm glad I got to work with them. They were really skilled at what they do, and I appreciated the fact that they put protectors in the corners of every sofa and wall to prevent possible damages (see my pictures). They addressed every one of my inquiries in great detail.

3 stars because 2 gentlemen came for duct cleaning . Stars go to Dane .Dane : Amazing customer service , skilled and knowledgeable, performed a great job, cleaned up after himself , always with smile.Josh: very Lazy guy from what I observed. Leaving my house entrance dirty , wet soil/mud due to rain .Walked all over my brand new carpet with the same shoe cover he was walking all over the house.Did not clean up around after blowing air into vents .Did not place my vents back properly. Can see picture attached. Left couple of them covered .Did not cover my brand new carpet while bringing air pressure hoses .Had to request him to clean up some mess from the entrance. Otherwise was leaving as it is.Over all great company to get duct cleaning from.

From first contact throughout service delivery, Prestige was professional and thorough. Easy to book, received reminders, technician arrived when expected, did a complete tour of the house, confirmed cost/quote, and did such a great job on our carpets. Everything looks amazing, with even long-standing stains removed or minimized. I highly recommend Prestige and will use their services again.
