Very friendly and accommodating staff! Shayan was very thorough and meticulous with meeting my rental needs and completing paperwork. Down to Earth and approachable! Manager (Boss lady) Trish was calm and supportive of her colleagues and even joined in on our conversational banter! Leasing is straight forward with easy to read terms and no surprises. 5/5 Location in general is clean and grounds are well maintained.

I went into this facility to purchase some items. Udeni was very helpful in showing all the options that were available. Very friendly atmosphere. The shop display area was very well organized and kept very clean. Was following the Covid-19 protocols. Felt very comfortable shopping there. Great overall experience.

Hi there this in my third time using these services and I’m very happy I chose this particular site and location.I really would like to thank Trevin at 20 Estate Drive They were absolutely amazing and provided me with good customer service and more. I definitely recommend anyone interested in getting storage to go and check them out you will not be disappointed at all.

I have had a great experience using Public Storage here at 28 Estate Drive. This would make it my second time coming to this location for temporary storage usage. Both Trevin and Trish are so professional and extremely kind in how they conduct their business and I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a storage place to rent. Wonderful service and wonderful staff; definitely a 10/10 experience for me.

Trish was extremely friendly, helpful and explained everything in detail. The interaction left me feeling quite comfortable that I made the right chose in selecting a unit at this location. 10/10...I absolutely recommend.

Highly recommend public storage. The process to get the storage was very very easy. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I got a great deal on the unit. The exit process was smooth as well.

Had a locker for almost 2 years at the Estate Drive location in Scarborough. Staff were friendly, facility was kept in good order, even when we had a burnt out light, they came right away to replace while we were onsite. Access was easy and they always answered our questions. Online renewal was easy as well. Thanks!

Outstanding service throughout the entire rental process. Trevin is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the business and dealt with all my concerns in a timely and professional manner. The storage units are very clean, the property has excellent security and it’s conveniently located right off the highway. Thanks so much for all you help!
