I loved this experience! I would recommend it to anybody wanting to do something fun in the city. Andrew was really very nice, and went above and beyond to make it a great experience! Riding the jet ski at high speeds was such a thrill… we could have went slower but it was too fun not to go fast, and seeing the Toronto skyline and the marina downtown was very memorable. We also went right underneath the planes flying from BB airport downtown. This makes for an amazing time for both tourists and locals! I highly recommend it! I had such a good time!

It was the best experience of my life. The service provided was extremely good and the agents involved in the process were too kind. I would highly recommend everyone to try their jetski as they are safe and reliable.

Overall this rental group was okay, a little cheaper than the group at harbor front but not worth the difference. They asked me to arrive 40 min before my booking to “set me up”. I arrived at 5:20 and sat down waiting for 50 minutes doing absolutely nothing. They didn’t start setting us up and getting us ready till 6:10 and we didn’t get on the jetski till 6:35 (booking was for 6pm). The person supposedly was “looking for his slippers” during our wait while someone else tells us he’s filling gas, no one to deal with us. Even after waiting for an hour, we weren’t given extra time and he told us to be back 7:30 sharp (55 min). The actually jetski was fun and working fine but the customer service was TERRIBLE. He’s a nice guy but needs more employees clearly….would not recommend this.

Nice service and great location to enjoy. We went for the first time ever and were in a large group. We switched riders multiple times and their team was always helpful with that.

Had an absolutely amazing time jet skiing with my adult son. The ROS team is amazing: super friendly and their jets are in perfect condition. It was the grand finale of our Toronto visit!
