My son loves the way Craig teaches. He said that Craig takes the puzzles apart and the helps you put it back together to make sense of the puzzle. Love this place.

My boys saw results after one session of the Big 3.Excellent training facility -nice, neat, organized and most importantly safe.Extremely impressed with Craig.Craig establishes rapport very quickly.Coaching abilities aside, Craig is first and foremost a respectful, effective communicator.Craig creates a safe learning environment focused on fun, positivity, discipline and both personal and physical growth and development.Craig's knowledge of shooting and skating technique is strong.Craig pays close attention to detail and provides meaningful feedback throughout his sessions.Craig's coaching style is very consistent however he is able to tailor his approach to individual needs/personalities and does so seamlessly.Highly recommend for any and all of your fitness needs .

We had my daughters 6th birthday here.All the staff were extremely friendly and well organized. We did a gymnastics party and the staff were great with the kids. Kept them engaged the entire time and ensured they practiced the skills in a safe manor.The party room was perfect for snacks, cupcakes and gifts.The facility was very clean and well kept.All kids had a great time and it was a stress free event for mom and dad. Would highly recommend Kemptvillle Training Centre. Looking forward to going back to try other aspects of their facility after a great first visit.

We attended Power Yoga course, the instructor is excellent. We enjoyed it very much. We feel lucky such a good place is not too far from our home. We will continue going to the yoga course.

I'm taking the Bootcamp classes. Thanks Craig and Jessie for helping me get into great shape in order to get me better prepared for the challenges of a new baby - I've been flying up and down the stairs here at home! Classes are fun and you get to workout on soft clean mats, which is really nice. No pressure to do more than I was comfortable doing as early on I was pretty badly out of shape. Highly recommended!

Kemptville training centre knows how to produce results with serious hockey training in a fun atmosphere. Craig works hard to ensure players understand instructions and corrections to achieve noticeable improvements within a short time-frame. He has considerable hockey knowledge and experience and is skilled with motivating players to work hard while enjoying the training. My daughter always likes going to the Kemptville Training Centre and said she feels Coach Craig is genuinely interested in her improvement and explains things clearly to ensure she fully understands everything.

Wow, Coach Craig takes ringette training to a new level. Not only does he understand the mechanics of skating and shooting but he can explain it in a way kids understand. He also motivates the kids to try their hardest, over and over again which is something usually seen with martial arts training and very difficult to inspire in other sports. He brought the material arts spirit to our girls on the ice. Thank you Coach Craig.

I love the Kemptville training centre. It is a great learning experience for the kids and adults. Definitely a core building experience with boot camp. The employees are lovely especially the power yoga teacher. Will go again

I trained here over the course of the summer when it was nearly impossible to train anywhere's else due to Covid 19. The KTC was great throughout the whole process and staff definitely helped take my game to that next step. Even at the Jr A level, there's still a lot for me learn and we were able to expose the flaws of my game and really isolate those skills to improve them. I look forward to my upcoming season as a far better and more equipped hockey player!
