Check the website this morning to see the dump is open. Fill my van with garbage for the dump, drive all the way there to be turned around by the lady at the scale who says it’s only open to certain people. Why would you not put this on the website? You can’t get through when you call so you rely on the website. Waste of my time and the guy in front of me who was also turned around. PUT IT ON YOUR WEBSITE THATS HOW YOU COMMUNICATE WHEN YOU DONT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!

The place is a dump. A very clean well organized dump with friendly staff. Everyone complaining about wait times to leave are from the me generation who want everything and they want it now. The line goes fast enough. Chill out and wait your turn.

I have been using the dump now for over 20 years. It's really nice to have this facility located in Cambridge close to my home. The prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of things that I've gotten rid of. The average cost is between $5 & $15. I think what's incredible about this facility, is the fact that this place is cleaner than most retail stores I visit. I'm extremely impressed with the organization of everything and the staff are always friendly.

Edit Jan 2023- the minimum cost is now $10 a load (up from $5). All else remains just as good.Original post: Organized dump with sections for all the types of wastes. Fast moving line, reasonable prices per load. Was upset that good wood went with all the garbage. I wish they would separate the wood and recycle it. It was really unfortunate.l to dump it as trash.

Friendly people, easy to navigate. 4/5 stars because a $10 load minimum is ridiculous, it should go by weight below that price point. They also never seem to have enough garage doors open at the garbage facility, even during peak times. Not sure why that is.
