Worst receiving and shipping office. She lacks education and dont know how to talk to drivers specifically. I hope the company know what kind of toxic people they have. The off loading was very fast and i appreciate that.

As someone has posted a comment already. One lady (front desk to the window) working in Shipping office need to learn some communication skills. If she doesn't like her job then she shouldn't do it. If anybody in higher management is reading this, please check with her. She doesn't have any manners of talking. Very rude behavior with every driver. Experienced it myself and saw it happen with other drivers. Drivers do not work for her or Metro. So, you don't have right to talk to any driver like that.BTW, I appreciate fast loading. Thank you for that.
