Very helpful. The other UPS stores in the area are awful. I'll go out of my way to visit this location vs others as the reviews are the best here!

We had the best experience getting our passport photos done at this location! We brought our 3 children (under 3) and Mohammed was incredible with all ages! He took the time to review the process with us before we began, was very patient with all our children, and was a support for parents. The entire process was under 20 min (including the retakes we had to do with our toddlers). He truly goes an extra mile to make the experience positive for kids. Thank you Mohammed!

I've been a frequent customer of this UPS store for over a year now, and I must say that the owner and staff are incredibly helpful. They always go the extra mile to ensure that my shipping needs are met, and they do it with a smile. The UPS drivers who pick up packages from this store are also some of the friendliest I've ever encountered. Recently visited this location they delivered exceptional customer service. Especially Muhammad, we couldn’t find a box in the right dimension and he was so nice and helpful that he created one for me, The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They go above and beyond to assist with shipping needs, providing expert guidance and ensuring careful packaging. The level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable. Right when we walked in, Mohammed was very inviting and helped my 2 year old son get comfortable before he had to take his passport photos. He was very understanding and gave us the best passport photo service!

I came here to do a quick shipment, and am the next in the line. They’ve three workers in the store but make us wait for more than 30 mins. Bad survive and bad attitude. Definitely won’t come here for any delivery again.
