Not good place , staff doesnt know how to handle customer order … untrained staff .. i ordered a new cold brew and he forgot to make it right way .. I asked for replacement n he showed me attitude .. bad customer service

The barista worker was rude and didn't give me whipped cream ... and said it has a charge.. whereas I have always been given whipped cream at any Starbucks whenever I asked for it free of charge... and I had mentioned I wanted whipping cream when I ordered.. dont know wht went wrong..

Nice little outlet inside Longos. Arvind was a good listener to my coffee request and quick to serve. The place has a few tables to meet up with people. The only drawback is the intense sun if you take a seat by the glass. I visit often!

I visited the store today afternoon around 1:30 pm and I have experienced such a rude treatment from one of your teller . I forget to read her identification tag. She should know how to deal with customers gently. I trust that you will speak to her about polite customer service. I personally feel she has no place interaction with the public because she lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness.

This isn’t a full Starbucks so most of the time they don’t offer many of the FAVOURITES. If you need a regular coffee it will be fine but done expect any great service.

Poor, poor, poor service. The cashier had asked me upon arrival, how she could help. To which I had started to say I am here to..." only to be cut off mid-sentence by her "No we cannot." How she knew what I was going to say is beyond me. I had let her finish her sentence
