Roseville Garden Walk In Clinic

Love them and my family doctor. sometime waiting times are long, but the doctors always make sure when they see you that they cover everything. Blood work ext. Everything. And they are kind and just great ppl to be around.

The doctor and pharmacists are great but the receptionist is a complete joke. She is incompetent at her job, will go on long, random breaks, and ignore you and the line of people seeking medical help while she walks around in the back like a chicken with it's head cut-off. She needs to be let-go and replaced with someone who actually wants to help people. You should also be prepared to wait 2-3 hours to see the doctor, even if all you need is a 10 minute visit to refill your meds.

Very Poor service!They don't refill your prescription over the phone and when you go there they are closed unexpectedly.What do they want? They want people to take day offs just to get refills??And even after you take a day off.. you will be shocked to see that they are closed

Been waiting 2 hours! I work across the street and came on my lunch. 3 patients have been called in, absolutely brutal! While checking in the receptionist was having a personal conversation on the phone about a friends daughters wedding. I used to be a medical secretary, this is unacceptable!

Had a terrible experience in person. Woman at the front was very rude and not wanting to help me or answer my questions and I wasn’t understanding why. I called on the phone after to see if it was just the clinic or if she was being specifically rude to me. And she answered all my questions, and was being very nice on things she acted like she didn’t know in person when I was there. Will never go back there. Felt very discriminated against. Hurt. Not understanding why people like that work at clinics that are supposed to help people. Will be reporting. Very heartbreaking experience. I just needed to be seen.

I am pregnant, and I have had a cough for over a month and they refused to take me in , I took a day off of work so that a doctor can finally see me . The registrar and the doctor in the background sounded really rude and denied me treatment. First of all they asked in a very rude tone what is wrong , why are you here today ? Then when I said that I am pregnant and I need to see a doctor because I am concerned about a cough that has been going on for a long time, they said sorry we don't take any patients with sore throat or cough. I assured to her that I don't have covid , they still denied me care . This was the worst experience I had in Ontario with a doctor's office .

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! If you can help it. Doctor is incredibly rude, doesn't know what she is doing and with 0 bedside manner. Also she is over prescribing her patients, basically stealing money. I will never go back here again. I should have look at all the recent 1 star reviews.

The doctors are great, the nurse as well; i had to be at work soon and she helped me get out of there quickly. Also the waiting time is quick which is really nice. I used to spend 2 hours at tmmc to get one prescription, horibble.

Great dr.Gresko, but the secretary that’s another story.Extremely long waiting to see the doctor, very unprofessionaly run clinic.
