Packrat Movers

On Monday we Donovan, Daniel and Kyler from Packrat Movers move us - they arrived early and were professional, courteous and friendly. We ended up moving more than we had originally planned as we have 2 short moves planned and the guys were extremely accomodating. We look forward to using them again in a few weeks.

I had a great interaction with James. I had called to ask for assistance with moving a couch. James was very courteous and made arrangements quickly to have my item moved.Shortly after, I had other arrangements arise and I ended up having to cancel the time scheduled with Packrat. The conversation with James about the circumstance that arose was a positive one. I was not made to feel like I had wasted their time, and was offered future assistance if needed.The customer service and prompt attention to what I needed was very professional, and I know if I had required their services it would have been a good experience. I would definitely recommend Pack Rat to anyone who is needing moving services.

Excelent moving company, they have the best workers David and Jonathan were great moving me from Kelowna to Penticton, I had a lots of fragile stuff that got padded and very well secured and I asked for very specific things to do and they didn't make excuses they just keep working and made my life easier. Best movers in town & super fair rates! I wouldn’t hire anybody else.My friends hired a different company when I helped them move, and while they were good they were no where near as efficient as Packrat!Thanks again James & Dave!

Great company, I would highly recommend them. They were very professional, fast, completed a short notice job with extra tasks. All my furniture get individually wrapped. Excellent service thank you so much.

We had a local move done by these guys and service was great. Showed up on time and worked non stop through out the move to get it done without a scratch or dent in furniture or walls. Very impressed and will be requesting Scott, Matt and Kyler on our next move for sure!! Thanks again!

James and his team were great. They did a difficult move for me down 3 flights of stairs. I would hire them again and recommend them.

This morning Alex, Donovan, and Shawn moved our belongings for us. They were 5 minutes early and ready to work! Alex is a great leader and the guys were all extremely polite, professional, and team-oriented. Furthermore, they are highly skilled movers. I would recommend Pack Rat Movers to anyone I know. I will absolutely use them again in the future. I am a satisfied customer.
