Came here for my passport photo and it was very quick and they were very nice and he took a few tries until I was happy with it! very nice!

The staff is very rude at this location. One male staff member got violently angry with me and started slamming my merchandise onto the counter, pointing in my face and yelling obscenities, all because I refused to buy a postage envelope and requested for him to post the item as is…. A female staff member had to intervene and take over. These people are completely unprofessional. Be careful in your dealings with them.

This is the ONLY Canada Post office that I’ve ever received quick, efficient, attitude-free service. Would definitely recommend for headache free processing of parcels.

I have a PO Box right there inside Cards 'N Such. On December 27, 2020, I ordered the product from Montreal. UPS delivered the package to the post office on January 5, 2021. I was not able to track the package because UPS had some technical problem at that time. I went to the post office on January 6,7,8,13,14,15. There was no notification about the package in my mailbox. I asked the post office worker if I got the package. I was told that if something is for me, I should have a notice in my mailbox. Weeks went by. I often went to the post office, checked the post box, asked the employees of the post office what could have happened to my package. Around January 24, I called the sender. I informed them that the package had not arrived.The next day I was informed by email that UPS confirmed the package was delivered to the post office on January 5. I was informed who signed for the package.When I went to the post office, I asked for the post office employee who signed for the package from the UPS agent. After a while, without unnecessary questions I received the package.I have an impression that they tried to cheat me. I am writing about it to warn others, to be aware that scammers work there.

Watch out for the older gentleman running the Canada post outlet in the rear of the store. Other younger staff (family?) have been decent.If your not attentive he will try to make a quick buck with overcharging.Because of the confrontation I had regarding a package that I’ve shipped dozens of times previously at other postal outlets without incident, I would not trust them to measure and ship my parcels again.2 stars only because they are dog friendly and will allow you to bring your pup inside.

I got my passport photo taken here. It was a good deal and looked really nice, and Passport Canada accepted it.I also drop off a lot of prepaid return packages here, and usually, the staff are very friendly and professional.They have lots of a very popular brand of plush toys, called squishmallows, here.The floor is slightly bumpy/uneven in one part of the store.There is one new staff member that doesn't seem to know how to do some things and doesn't ask other colleagues for help. They denied one of my prepaid packages because they said they couldn't scan the barcode. I just put the package in a mailbox, and it was returned with no problems.I've also witnessed them get into a disagreement with another customer.

if i didn't have to use this location i wouldn't, this isn't the first time i had some issue with themi called to see if they had a package that was missed (aka post never bothered to show up and they just send you a missed you! slip in the mail next day) which they did have so i said i would be along shortly, half an hour later at most, i was there but they had closed an hour early, at least have the decency to tell me you were closing early when i called!absolute disregard for the service they are supposed to be offering, if you think you can pick up some of your mail/package late don't bother!

This place is the BEST Canada Post location... Without a doubt!!! The staff here are very friendly, and obviously work very hard to make sure that things run smoothly at this busy location. Whenever I come here (I constantly order online) I am always greeted with a smile. Cards N' Such are a great addition to the neighborhood as well with a great selection of cards! A++++ UPDATE (November 2020): The staff here have been incredible throughout this Pandemic. I always feel safe when dropping off or picking up mail. Everything is socially distanced, and the service is quick! Recently, I was kindly advised by the staff about potential Canada Post delays for the holidays. Above and beyond here at Cards N Such!

The WORST customer service. They are so confused as to how to do their jobs and are incredibly rude in general. Last time I was there the guy literally yelled at me as I was leaving. Not sure if I experienced two disgruntled employees who are upset with their lives or if it was a fluke …
