I Love McDonald's in general. But was only stopping there today for the washroom for my daughter and was going to buy food at the same time. But doors were locked. Only drive thru was going.

Disgusting service. Long wait for two sandwiches, the egg is not even cooked and didn't got what we ordered. This is one of the worst experience in any McDonald's. Slack your staff please!

Worst service I’ve seen in a McDonalds. I was insulted because I ordered a poutine through the app and they didn't have it. (How would I have known, they shouldn't have made it available on the app). They replaced it with a regular fries and the manager didn't want to give me the price difference back. She insulted and mocked me in-front of other customers.

Hope service in the restaurant improves after all the renovations. Drive through is usually fast and courteous.Using the app to order and wait for your delivery outside is much faster during rush hours.

You cant get inside to order.. people have to stand outside between car to order... Ridiculous. My grandmother has to stand there in the cold winter outside. Disgusting.

Honestly, very slow. Waited for 10 minutes to order and another 7 minutes for two drink. In the end the vanilla chaï was just the neutral base for the slushy. When I asked about it, the employee answered with attitude that it was one. The cashier was good and patient.
