I can no longer support this store ,as they will not recognize medical exemption for masks. This person that is medically exempt always keeps their distance in any store, and is very polite about it , but these employees didn't even listen. I hope they realize that, this is discrimination

Found a particular staff in yard on several occasions to be rude,most others are great. Loaded truck with the most crooked lumber, and would not allow to pick straight lumber. Could have used a couple 2x4 for airplane props. Prices are unbelievable. Bought a 4x8 g1s in London for $47 it was $93 here wow talk about gouging. Only go if you really have to

Ten dollars for a 2x4? I was robbed. Just drive to Simcoe if spending more than $50. Lumber pricing is unbelievable. I feel violated and won't return. What a complete rip off. Covid price gouging. I bought 2x4 at under 6 dollars each less than a week ago.

I was camping at Long Point and stuck without a car for a couple days and needed camping stove fuel. The staff and owner of Home Hardware helped me out and delivered to my campsite my supplies. Port Rowan Home Building Centre
Brandon really helped me out as a windstorm knocked our fence down. Last summer it was the roof, ya pretty bad wind off Lake erie! He solved any issue regarding materials that they might not have had in stock by recommending replacements. Staff went out of their way to carry some difficult to carry items out to the car. Small store, but the personal touches made up for it.
