Rich and the guys at Sovereign consistently exceed my expectations! Customer service is clearly at the forefront of how they operate and I would highly recommend supporting this local shop. I couldn’t believe how fast their turn around time was! Kudos to Rich and the team. I also found the shop to be super approachable. As a female rider it’s hard to be taken seriously at some shops with elitists attitudes. Everyone at Sovereign Cycle was approachable and friendly and didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions. Thank you!

So I recently slid into Sovereign on a busy Saturday in need of an unscheduled repair to my bike. Rich, the owner, dropped everything, including his breakfast, assessed the problem and quickly fixed it. Sweet! As I was paying my bill, I casually mentioned to him that I had just mangled my bike rack. Well .. Rich went out and fixed that too - for free - saving me countless dollars, a big hassle and a bucket of tears.As we all know, mountain biking is an expensive, technical sport where the next issue seems only a ride or two away. Having a friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and accommodating local bike store is absolute gold, and that is Sovereign Cycle. I have been their customer for over ten years, and they have always respected my time and money. It is obvious that the staff care about what they do. If it weren't for their great customer service, I probably would have quit biking and taken up wretched golf again. Thanks for everything guys. You are the best and I look forward to many more years supporting you.

My derailer suddenly stopped shifting so I popped by on a Fri afternoon. On the spot - within 30 mins Rich not only changed the shifter cable but replaced missing shifter housing plug. Then he noticed my headset was loose (stack height was off) so he added a spacer and greased the dropper post as well - all on the fly within 30 mins! Far exceeded my expectations of having to drop it off for that much work. I see why this joint is 5 stars!

I had the opportunity to checkout this bike shop. I can tell they are very passionate for what they do. Josh was really nice and very knowledgeable. Even after telling him we weren't going to buy a bike as we were in our honeymoon, he gave us great support and all the technical aspects about the Jety hard tail. He insisted in me going for a test ride to have a better feel which was really cool. We are back in kelowna from Calgary in late August, I will definitely stop by and see what they have. May be then we will pick up my dream bike.I loved the small town vibe, zero pressure to sell and the fact that they care.

I have brought my bike to this shop a couple of times (for yearly maintenance) and the service and staff are the best, book well ahead as they are very busy. I brought my bike in this year with a creaking noise from the crank area, it was difficulty to diagnose and fix but they took the time and after a couple of visits got my bike working well. I've gone to other shops but these guys are the best. The down side to a good shop is the long wait times, but getting your bike serviced properly is worth the wait. I had a hard time locating a particular bike component that was out of stock in the States, and that won't be available until later this summer. Rich was great to work with, he followed up with me several times, and I was able to purchase a few of the components not just for me, but also for my mates who were looking for the same item. Shipping was quick and reasonable. Great shop!

I had and am having nothing other than fantastic service from the guys at Sovereign! They sorted me out when I was searching to buy a new bike back in the Spring and have been providing me with excellent service ever since. I had an unfortunate event with my carbon frame on one of my first rides but Sovereign really stepped up to the plate and helped me out when getting it replaced through the manufacturer. Really solid crew with loads of knowledge and not pushy at all(which makes a big difference in my books). I would highly recommend Sovereign for you next bike purchase or service!
