HT SCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHY

HT Photography did family sessions at our daughter's preschool. He was very professional and got amazing shots in quite a short time span. Service was prompt, even after we lost our downloaded images due to a computer issue. Highly recommend!

Horrible photography skills. They took a ton of pictures, but not a single good one on my daughter. I am shocked to see a side of my child that I could never imagine seeing. To say the angles were unflattering would be an understatement. I feel that I could not have done worse myself even if I tried. They worst thing is that they are uncontactable via phone. There is only email communication with poor customer service. I don't normally like to complain but I think they need to improve both their photography and customer service skills.

HT did our child’s daycare photos and they came out wonderful. For having to photograph a 3 year old I was pleasantly surprised. He even came home and said how fun it was. The online ordering was super easy to use. I had a question which I sent in through email and they responded within a Day! Super happy!

My family and I attended a family mini shoot. It was so much fun. The photographer, Sam was incredible. We all laughed the whole time. The experience was amazing. You get the digital downloads right away which is so helpful for getting ready in time for Christmas.We have our photos taken every year by Hilary. She is absolutely amazing at capturing the candid moments I would never be able to replicate on my own.Also customer service by Tia is outstanding. She has helped me every year and is very understanding, helpful, kind and personable.I’m overall really impressed with this company. The quality of photos was fine but the exorbitant cost is obviously set up to take advantage of parents who don’t want to miss out on memories of their children.

Just got family photos done and they turned out way better than expected! We have a newborn and a toddler and there were multiple photos with everyone looking at the camera! The photographer was amazing at placing us and making it feel relaxed. We will be getting photos done every year with HT!

Great photos. My boy never stands still for a photo and somehow the photographer was able to get quite a few good pics of him some, two thumbs up! We ended up buying the whole package of digital photos.
