I was a regular customer up till today. Most recently bought a disposable pen for around $50. The girl said it doesn't come with a charger but not to worry cause I'll be able to get through it all on a single charge. Only got about halfway through it before the battery died. Went back to the store and the guy there said I'd have to call kolab and order a charger from there. No thanks! I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Definitely my go to Dispensary in Fort McMurrary. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. The store is always very clean and the layout is easy to navigate. Highly recommend and a bonus....It's locally owned!

This store has one of the largest and best selections of Cannabis in Fort Mac. Ken and his staff were super-friendly and knowledgeable too. Plus they carry my favourite locally-grown bud from Alberta Bud. First time to Fort Mac and I found my go to cannabis dispensary. Thanks!

Where do I even begin?The staff is incoherent. They know absolutely nothing about their products, specifically pens in my circumstance. The staff is also incredibly rude and has zero knowledge on customer service skills. My boyfriend was spoken to in a very belittling manner and was yelled at by an employee. The worker also stated that the issue was ours to deal with when their product continuously broke on us after only minutes of use. Will NEVER be returning or recommending this place.

Nice clean store, friendly staff. Lots of stock.. Weeds always been good until today!!Bought Xscape TGIF would not recommend buying, they are hard to smoke, rolled too tight, canoe like a mf and has too many filters in it. They use 2 it looks like, says it's 33%, it is not, I smoked 2 and feel nothing, think that might be because I am working so hard to try to get a puff. Going to break them part and use in bong instead.Also bought moonrock it was grand would recommend
