It’s been less than 24 hrs and I already have (almost) better than 20/20 vision! All of the staff that I encountered during my initial visit/surgery and follow up so far have been very kind, informative and thorough. The whole process was well thought out, which made a daunting treatment seem very easy!Dr. Hakim was very kind and caring. You can tell that he has his patients in his best interest and want to make sure his patients have the best and safest treatment possible. I appreciate his expertise and kindness and taking the time to educate me when a slight complication arose. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has an interest in Lasik surgery!

Had an awesome experience!I was very nervous the day of the surgery but the staff and Dr. Omar helped me better understand the procedure.Dr. Omar was fantastic!! He explained my own physiology and what treatment would be best. He showed me the topography of my eye and made sure I understood everything before continuing with the surgery. I was very reassured that I was in great hands for the procedure.Staff was very friendly and helpful! had great conversations and helped with all of my questions and concerns.100% would do it again, I am about 3 days after surgery and I can see way better than I ever could with glasses.Absolutely life changing!

The consultation was very informative and efficient. They were great with following up and answering any questions. I wish I knew time of surgery sooner than the day before as I needed to get a ride home and it's not easy to arrange without a specific time. The day of the surgery I was handed a ton of paperwork and I got overwhelmed signing it without someone to help me answer questions right away. Eventually I did speak with an associate about everything and got my questions answered and financing in order. The check up tests went well but then the wait for the surgery was very anxiety inducing! I'm sure there is a way to make it a bit more efficient as the long wait makes it excruciatingly difficult for someone like me who is anxious. There was actually a gentleman who left when he went in for the procedure, and even though I don't know the full details, the tension in the waiting room made it difficult to wait. When it was my turn I had a good chat with the surgeon and he walked me through the whole process. I opted to take the Xanax right before the surgery as I didn't want to wait any longer in the waiting room. The nurse was patient and clear with the after care and the following day check up was over in a few mins. I'm so glad I finally made the decision to do this, I just hope there is a way to improve the process in hopes of people who have anxiety feel more comfortable before the procedure. Overall would recommend to others, thank you again for your care.

Changed my life!! If the price scares you, they have options to finance. But it is worth the price you pay to finally able to see clearly again without glasses or contacts. Staff were super friendly & helpful with any questions I needed. Doctor was amazing, kept me calm throughout the whole process & went by really quick. Can’t recommend this surgery enough!!

the surgeon was incredibly rude. i was the last appointment of the day and they were running late, which I understand the frustration but that’s not my fault, and the surgeon was very impatient and inconsiderate. I was fidgeting (which I think is fair, considering the procedure) and the doctor asked me if I wanted him to go home. I felt extremely uncomfortable after that point but desperately wanted the surgery performed. The pre-opp doctors were fabulous and I greatly appreciated their help, but the surgeon ruined my experience. I’d recommend considering other clinics if you’re hoping for Lasik.
