Top Maid

I have had Top Maid come clean our house every other Friday for the last 18 months. They are very professional. The house us always spotless when they are done. I'd recommend them highly.

I had a move out cleaning on Sep 30, 2020. The two cleaners did a good job on cleaning my oven, refrigerator, and bathroom upstairs. But I still think they can be more efficient to finish my house cleaning in 8 hours instead of leaving my floor and one bathroom untouched.The customer service told me that if unfinished then more hours would be needed. So I assume that I could extend 1 hour to ask for finishing it. But the cleaners told me that they would have a following appointment and had to leave 5 minutes earlier than our designated finishing time. So that means I would not be able to ask for one more hour. I don't mind they leaving 5 minutes earlier, but how about if I need one more hour?Another thing is that they left their garbage besides my front door. I believe one cleaner said she would come back to throw it, but she never came back. My neighbor complained about that after.Overall, the clean quality is good, but they require more hours than expected to finish their work. Kindly reminder that please do not forget to take away your garbage bag or request the owner to throw it next time. Thanks.

Had my house cleaned before by many “high end” companies, well from what they claim to be and never had results like I had with these lovely ladies at Top Maid! My house was spotless, & shining! The smell of freshness lingered around for days it was amazing! I’ve never had such amazing service. If you need your home cleaned, there is no one better to get it done but them! I have had many cleaning company's clean my home, but none were able to clean it to my liking. I hired these wonderful people to come and clean my home a couple days ago, and when I came home I found the house clean and spotless. I seriously recommend everyone to use them. Best cleaning company you can get with really great prices.

Had recent injury on my back couple weeks ago, and have been looking for a service to do my bi-weekly cleaning until I recover. Came across there name on radio 106.1 in Airdrie and decided to give them a call. Very friendly and truly care about there customers. The cleaners ensured i was happy with everything before they left , they kept there distance and came in with masks, gloves and also offered sanitization of all high touch surface areas at no extra cost.I will be using them again until I am recovered.Thank you!

Worst service and clean ever …. Emailed the company and did not even receive a response back. Cleaners left 15 minutes early and refuse to clean the shower due to asthma. Refuse to vacuum upstairs according to them they had 5 minutes left and couldn’t do it. Have the exact timing when they entered the house and when they left on Vivnt alarm system. 3 ladies spent 45 minutes I don’t know doing what house didn’t even seemed like it had a clean. Will recommend not to waste your money and time using their services. 1 out of the 3 ladies that came was so rude absolutely not acceptable. My review can go on forever so many negative things from my experience.

By far the best cleaning company I have had come into my home. I have been in an accident and fallen behind on my cleaning and really needed the help. I have hired another company a week prior to calling Top Maid ( Because that company did nothing) The girls did an amazing job my house is so clean . Thank you Top Maid.

Just want to give a big thanks to the wonderful girls that came out and cleaned my house, I honestly am so thankful to you guys for be able to give me the extra hours and completing my house in such short notice. This company is by far the best company I have dealt with. My house was a mess and they were able to make it look brand new. They deep cleaned my bathrooms and kitchen, hand wiped all my baseboards and doors, dusted my blinds vacuumed and washed all my floor. They honestly are worth every single penny. Thanks again lady's hope you enjoyed the holidays cause thanks to you I will be able to.

I stumbled across a promotion this company is having (first 5 hours of cleaning for $140) and decided to try them out. I was initially impressed with their professionalism, and appreciate the fact that they use only eco friendly products. Upon completion, I was very pleased with their attention to detail, and over all work ethic. My house was the cleanest I think it's ever been, and they left it smelling incredible. They even left me a scented candle! I highly recommend their services!
