Party City

I had pre ordered a balloon bouquet for 10am pick up on Saturday. I showed up around 11 knowing they would for sure be ready. My foil balloon was, but they hadn't done the 6 latex to go with it. They lost the 6 colors my daughter had picked out so I picked out 6 others. The pump on the high float solution they spray into the latex balloons had broken and so the girl was filling them up without until a new pump was brought to the front. I asked why the first 4 balloons didn't get the highfloat solution and she argued with me that they did, and kept arguing that they did. I was already running an 1.5 hrs late so I let it go. This morning 4 of my balloons had dropped lifeless. Obviously the 4 she argued with me about the solution. For $45 balloon bouquet, I expect more.

My daughter has stage 4 cancer and we wanted to make her day special. The help the kindness the matching party stuff and ways to make money stretch. Thank you to your staff.

My three year old really wanted a certain costume and only the Party City in Regina had one. The store went above and beyond to get her that costume even though we were one province over and they don't ship across the country (but Party City-you should!!). They phoned us to collect the information and got us the costume in plenty of time before Halloween. Thanks for makimg my kid so happy!!

Friendly staff, well organized store. No one offered assistance to find what I was looking for, but you don't see that often anyways

I purchased decorations for my sons 4th birthday. We’re not from the city so I purchased them well in advance so I didn’t have to make a special trip in. When it came the time to decorate for his birthday most of the decorations looked like they had been previously used. Some weren’t even useable! Thank goodness my sister in law had some extra decorations she leant me or I would of had one very disappointed little fella!

Great place if you are looking for party things! Not the cheapest in town but it’s good quality. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only place I. Regina to bring things for Hanukkah as well!

Good store to get a wider variety of party essentials.The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable.Price could be a bit high on some items compared to other places and it may be difficult finding some items as there is no clear labelling of what is where.#party
