I went to Bally beauty spa for keratin treatment. Sandeep did a spectacular job with my hair. Would definitely recommend it.

The owner Bally did an excellent job on my waxing services, listening to how I wanted my eyebrows to be done and ensuring I liked how they turned out! Bally also took the time to engage us in conversation displaying her wonderful upbeat personality. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was friendly, definitely recommend going to them as their prices and services were top notch (only $5 for eyebrow threading!)

I’ve come here multiple times for eyebrows. Priya is really good. I came in on a Saturday and a lady wearing a pink dress did them. I had told her that i wanted to leave them as is and only to remove the excess hair.She completely botched my eyebrows. One is extremely thin and straight and the other is extremely arched and high…I told the owner but nothing was done. Horrible experience. No solution was given no apologies from anyone.

I love my brows by Priya! And the owner, Bally is lovely and sweet! Very clean and organized salon. The towels smell so clean and fresh!

They don’t have manner to talk with customers. She is very rude, i called today 13 September,2022 (TUESDAY), and i just ask her that i wanna do hair wash and dry, one more thing i called last month too. Every time she said i don’t have an appointment its fully booked. Now, i called today for my hair wash, and first she said that its folly booked, then later she said how long your hair and i said i already did hair wash from you and it was first time wash from this store. After that, she said i don’t want to do this, do your hair wash at your home and talked very very rudely. She has no mannerss

Bally is the ABSOLUTE BEST esthetician & hair dresser I have been to & I have lived in New York City for 10 years. She speaks to me with the utmost respect. She has a way of making you feel so special the minute you walk into her salon. She has the ability to not only make you feel so beautiful but pampers you in a way that you look forward to your next appointment w her. She even made the exception of taking care of a man when her salon services caters to mainly to woman. That is an example of how she makes exceptions to her rules. HANDS DOWN the best services I have ever experienced & her amazing staff runs the salon SMOOTHLY & EFFICIENTLY when she is away!!!!!

I got my hydra facial done today by Bally. I had a great experience and she did an amazing job. I am impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. She patiently explained the process and gave me very helpful suggestions and advice.She is a very sweet person and has a very helpful and friendly staff.I highly recommend Bally Beauty Spa.

I have had a couple of laser hair removal sessions and hydra facials with Priya and she is amazing! She is patient and caring, and does a fantastic job. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She also is amazing at eye brow threading very skilled.Go here and you won't be disappointed :)

Had Priya do my upper lips and eyebrow threading plus some waxing. I was 39 weeks pregnant at the time and wanted someone who would make me feel very comfortable and that's exactly what Priya did. She was very soft with her hands and mindful of the baby bump but most importantly just so polite and respectful. Thank you for a great experience! I'll be returning.
