Quite disappointing ! Does not have a plan to allow people to install solar panels, reduce their carbon footprint and leverage the Federal incentives !!!!While I was able to get to the right department quickly over the phone, I was quite disappointed by the answer I was provided. Indeed, I would like to install solar panels on my house but Hydro One does not allow any more net metering in my area AND does not have a plan to do so. Therefore, impeding individuals like me from leveraging the Federal / Provincial government incentive/mandate in doing the right thing for the environment. Quite quite disappointing !

I would like to personally thank the work crew who came to restore power after a large tree was blown over onto the hydro wires on our street, Windsor Valley Place, Courtice ON, on Sunday November 15, 2020. These guys not only had to face very strong winds and on/off cold rain but they had to work in complete darkness on a very cold night. It wasn't an easy feat but they persevered and after continually working on it for 4-5 hours, our power came back on. I know that not only myself and my family, but also the rest of the residents on our street really appreciate all the workers efforts. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Hard to get in touch with and outage map not helpful after 1st estimated time exceeded new updated time not posted as to when power will be restored.

Had power failure sounded like transformers popped big bang a crew was there in less than a hour est time of repair 11pm same day they had it fixed by 9PM great job thanks guys
