Leave the driving to someone else and rest after a day of hiking! Convenient and central location for bus pick up/drop off. Excellent service, will use again.

Highly recommend them for Joffre's lake or even Golden ears/Garibaldi trip. The bus service is so useful for people who doesn't want to drive and provides return facility. Although there is no guide however the ambassador provides the vital information of every passenger. They were on time and bus facility was good too. Total worth the cost if you want to avoid hassle driving/parking.

Great way to see the outdoors without having to drive. The trip ambassadors are informative and the prices are reasonable. Will use more regularly.

My first trip with Parkbus was to Christie Lake Conservation Area. The staff was friendly but not well informed about the park which I thought was not very helpful. I understand they are volunteers but I wished they were a bit more informed about the park because all of us went to them for information and they said they didn't know and to ask the people actually working at the park. So...what is the point of having them then?My biggest disappointment though was that when checking pictures at the website and Instagram about Christie lake I saw many picture of people by the falls. So naturally I expected to be able to walk on trails that would take us to the falls. However, none of the trails take us to the falls...there is no access to the falls (the park staff told me this because I asked several times to different staff).... so this was a huge disappointment. I wish there was a little bit more of explanation about this and maybe don't put pictures of people at the falls?The park was very nice and I do love the concept of Parkbus and I would like to try different destinations for sure. I just wanted to leave my honest feedback for future improvement.

It was my first time using Parkbus to visit Elora Gorge, and I was not disappointed. I can travel all around Ontario, thanks to Parkbus. Highly recommended, especially for students (like me) who travel on a limited budget.

Bonus: with gas prices so high you'll definitely be saving a buck or two!
