I love Vita Health. They have so many items for dietary restrictions and for people looking for more conscious food options. I also love their herb and natural medicine offerings. I am so happy with my herbal routine, which I purchase monthly from here. The staff is friendly and most are well-informed of the products.

first time in and was a great experience, Talia was super nice and I got some loose herbs for an awesome price!

First time in the store and was looking for products for my toddler. One employee was phenomenal she took the time to talk to me and explain different products even though she was quite busy. Cashier however wasn’t very pleasant to deal with. She asked me if I had a phone # with them and I said no it was my first time in and she said ok and just scanned my things. Didn’t ask if I wanted to sign up for something or explain why she was asking for my #.I asked if my products were returnable if I didn’t like them or changed my mind about them and she said “not if you don’t like the taste , we don’t return based off not liking the taste” yet no where on the receipt specifies that. Just says within 30 days. She didn’t really seem to care to talk to customers. Other than the cashier, my first experience being in the store was great

When I shopped in there in the past weekend while doing a survey as a survey agent I had unpleasant experience in there. The survey only asks to take certain shelf product pictures so they can gathering data for certain brands they carry in the store for improving service of Vita Health. A staff with short hair wearing glasses walked towards me from the supplement section and told me I was not allowed to take pictures of their shelf products for any purpose. After explaining I'm a survey agent and a customer in here to buy stuff. Plus, the survey company I get paid for has released consent from Vita Health that Vita Health has no problem with picture taking of store products. She didn't even care to take a look at consent form on my phone that I was showing to her. I was told no picture taking again, then she walked to other staff to tell them the same thing, targeting on my of course. If your staff don't know what she's doing and doesn't care about read the consent, then it is RUDE to tell customer shopping in there no picture taking of the products, and RUDE to tell the staff to keep eyes on me!!!

Popped in on my lunch break to grab a few things for the weekend, Meera helped me at the checkout and she was so sweet and friendly! Excellent customer service.

Wonderful place to get organic foods and supplements. People working there are very nice and friendly.

Tons of parking in the front Guaranteed handicap parking in the front as well as wonderful staff inside clean friendly Very ready to assist you find any of the healthy products within. You gotta check this place out go to the back of the store check out the freezer section and make your way to the front hitting the vegan cheeses and all the vegan dairy free options almond drinks coconut drinks My favourites are the just egg View of the frozen vegan pizzas in that cooler at the back any of the vegan options in those frozen coolers go stock up spend a 100 bucks spent 200 bucks and stay safe you're welcome Winnipeg

I called to ask if they had a certain product in stock because I’m out and believed that is where I purchased it last. They said no. I found my old receipt and yep, that’s where I bought it from. Maybe it is out of stock but she made it sound like it never was there.This is the most frustrating unorganized lack lustre store. I really wish they had some competition. My advice, shop on line, go elsewhere, this place really does not care about your business.

Never ever buy in this company itself. Way too over priced the cashier was also so rude.

I love you guys and I shop there for my gluten free and dairy free needs. My only request is that you guys consider having someone tend to the phone, as you are missing customers that use Instacart for example (like myself) I try to inquire if you have what I need in stock because on Instacart your items are not updated as per what is out of stock, therefore when I order the shopper that is sent sends me photos of empty shelves or something you ran out of which wastes money paying for services had someone answered the phone to tell me you don’t have something I would know to wait and make my order a different day of the week. I know customer service very well and I know that tending to in-store shoppers is important, but you have loyal customers calling the store so they can also make purchases through the app. It is still benefiting the company. Your customers will be happy. I obviously don’t know what your labour is like come this season, but if I call 5x in a day hoping to catch 1 person, I would just like to hope they answer so I can buy my groceries. Overall, I get great service in-store when I am able to walk there with my son.
