Recently had the great pleasure of meeting an exceptional clerk at this location. Went in just to browse and left with a set of Christmas dishes and a few other beautiful Christmas plates. Was greeted not with the standard ‘may I help you” but with a friendly “hello ladies are are you today?” The rest was a sales clerk that went above and beyond to provide me with great ideas and suggestions. I was so happy with her attention I later found out she was the manager Bobby Jo. Good for you Think kitchen for recognizing leadership. I will certainly shop here again and recommend this store to friends.

I went to buy a microwave splatter lid. The ones at the dollar store were flimsy and the ones on Amazon were too expensive. Not only did I find exactly what I wanted the folks who helped me in the store were very nice. I’ll definitely return and recommend this as a great first place to shop for kitchen things.

The staff here go above and beyond, top tier service, everyone is so nice! When I shopped in store they were so helpful and when I picked up an online order and later had to go back because the wrong item was sent to me, they exchanged it no problem and apologized profusely even though it wasn’t a big deal, they felt bad I had to make the drive to go there.The staff all jokes around with eachother, you can tell everyone gets along. And the staff will chat with you throughout the time you’re there too, it was such a lovely experience shopping here for the staff alone! The deals I got weren’t so bad either!

It's essentially Stokes.Their liquidation and sales are insanely worth it, to the point that we go in to see if we needed things we didn't know we needed.Quality of ThinkKitchen products is lower than other brands, but with care the price and longevity are worth.This particular location had an absolutely lovely morning weekend staff. Eager to make sure we got what we needed, and knew the products inside and out. Will likely be back next time I'm in town to get their recommendations on the deals of the week :)

Excellent customer service experience - friendly & professional team there.I was looking around and came across a ThinkKitchen hand blender. I wasn't sure if it was on special and the staff were really helpful with their suggestions. I ended up picking up a different model with more attachments (3 in 1) and am really happy with my purchase.
