After asking around to friends I was told (by more than one person) that Steven was honest, reliable and to quote one friend 'a hot tub MacGyver'. Steven promptly replied to my service request and did on site visit to diagnose same day. Following day I was presented with 3 solutions. Decision was made and hot tub repaired later that same day! I would recommend Hot Tub Hero to anyone looking to have their unit service or repaired!

Steve came out a few times to our place to help us resolve issues with our hot tub. He was so friendly and polite, we really appreciated his work! We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Friendly and professional... Top notch service

Steven and Noah at Hot Tub Hero saved my hot tub from the pumps freezing. Called late Sunday evening he returned my call Monday morning, I had a 1/2 inch of ice built up and my breaker kept tripping, he had a solution immediately. Steven showed up next day first thing and on the next visit Noah and Steven solved the issue, can't thank them enough for the professional, efficient and honest service they provide.Hot Tub Hero is the real deal!!!!!!!!Have had another service guy before called hot tub guy do not waste your money or time.

Truly my hero... Steve and his crew were able to look after a broken pump on my hot tub just before and in between the holidays, they were fantastic! The wait time on other companies to even come look at it was 3 weeks. Total time with hot tub hero, under 2 weeks.

TERRIBLE customer service and not punctual. You've been warned. Stay away. I normally don’t write negative reviews but I thought it was important to review this company because I have dealt with them on multiple occasions. Although the owner is very nice, customer service is incredibly poor on SO many levels.It took multiple phone calls, text messages and answering machine messages to connect. Once he finally called back which was about a week or two later l, we set up a date for him to come look at our broken pump. He removed the pump fixed it and reinstalled. Friendly service and timely fix once I could get him here.Second occasion was very similar in trying to connect. Our hot tub was ready for disposal and said he could help however, we were given a runaround for dates that he was possibly available. We were ripping out an old deck and the tub needed to be removed so we could start our project. He said it would be the upcoming weekend, called closer to double-check and then he wasn't available. Fine. Set up another date and followed up with no response multiple times. Frustrated I sent another text giving him the option to bail if he was no longer interested. I just needed it gone so we could start the deck. He promised ANOTHER date for us. Said he was available Friday or Saturday depending on weather. Friday was going to be the better day so I sent a text Friday morning confirming for Friday and apparently he only has help on saturdays! Why offer Friday or Saturday if you only have help Saturday?! Saturday was conveniently raining!Finally had to call him out on all of the BS and he said he was no longer able to help us. Surprise surprise! This was over one full month of him going back and forth with empty promises and 1 month behind on our project. If he did not have the capacity to help or had decided he did not want to do the job anymore he should have let us know as we did give them the option to bail.I honestly don't think he has the capacity in terms of manpower to run a professional customer service based business. I am in customer service, and I have never experienced such poor service in my life.Overall impression- poor communication, not punctual, empty promises, extremely unprofessional.Highly recommend another local company out of Simcoe.
