Gilbert did a great job of troubleshooting and patiently explaining the issue in an easy to understand, non-technical manner. He was open to continue troubleshooting problem #2 with my other appliance. Highly recommended if you need a trusted repair man who takes his time to do things right! 10/10!

After a power outage our refrigerator wouldn't work: no compressor sounds, no water, no ice. We called Superior Appliance and the owner, Gilbert, was on our doorstep within two hours. He soon diagnosed a fried control board and, happily for us, had a replacement at his shop which he went back to get. Once he installed it and reprogrammed everything, the fridge worked beautifully again. We highly recommend his friendly, excellent service.
