Staff was very helpful and organized. Great experience at this location.

Nice little store to get your sniff on. Easy to navigate, but take your time it's packed to the brim with stuff to see. So if you don't know what you are looking for you are going to end up buying a lot or just waking out as it's a bit overwhelming.

Always very helpful staff. Love the smells. Candles are a bit expensive but what can ya do. Overall good experience each time I go in.

I don’t like the concept of them chasing customer for what they need. I mean let them decide what they wants to buy. Sometimes you are not after a specific thing but when u see something smell it you started liking it and then you decided to buy that.So please work on that customers need space sometimes specially when they visit the store first time :)

I went into store on my wife’s request, and right off the bat Jodie noticed I looked lost she turned a would be 30 min visit into 5 min. Jodie was very welcoming and helped me choose some soap that I’m sure will get the wife’s approval.

Don't go at this outlet. There's a lady who was at the counter who declined a request to reduce the number of quantities in a bag. I bought 20 PCs of hand soaps and when I tried to weigh it, it felt that it was so heavy. So I wanted to divide the 20 into 3 bags. I still have to go other places to shop, I was worried that the bag may collapse. It happened before. What she did was she removed the double of the big one that was heavy and put the soaps in a small one. She was such a bully. If that was a manager, definitely she is not trained to make good decisions to make customers go home happy. She should be removed. I planned to buy candles as well but left the store discouraged not to go there anymore but other outlets instead. The greeters were inviting and the cashier who was an Indian was compassionate. I felt that from her.. Their store was not even full and no line up at the cashier area. Why is this so? Because there are employees who are rude and no excellent customers services.. Remember, your business depends on customers. Without us, you won't reach your goals to reach target sales. She is not suppose to be employed as your business depends on excellent service. That lady is white, short with short hair.

The place is usually pretty busy but the staff is always friendly, always willing to answer questions or give a hand when looking for something in particular. Love this location!

I always love coming here. The staff are always so nice and want to laugh and joke with you. Management sure knows how to pick a great crew of people. It's the staff that always makes me want to come in the store, I usually buy online everywhere else. So thank you for your awesome staff!

Always my favorite shop for candles and fragrances some Italy hen it on sale. Staff are helpful. Every time I'm going to different places/ malls , im always looking for BATH and BODYWORKS.

If I could give this store more than a 5 stars I would do so. Great old fashioned service. Staff when entering are helpful and equally helpful when browsing the store. Even after making my purchase two people made sure to thank me for shopping there and wishing me a great day. This was said with sincerity, so to the store and staff, thank you. So many stores could take a lesson from the customer service they provide. They make you feel like an honored customer and of course, one will go back.
